Well, the m a veteran OG Fan since they started. Despite a few of my disappointments I'll list below. They still are the shit, and I hope they keep smashing, one day soon their walls will be filled with all those voted number 1 signs from the so independent. With that being said, bomb ass food, super late service, and variety + being able to afford staff has impacted the menu and the variety that used to be available. Not to mention the prices. Like, they had inflation prices before the inflation lol. It kinda sucked because me and my sister really can only order them on very special occasions, but that's ok that's what makes sb munchies that special, and important that they are worth spending the last of our money on it, and cherishing every moment lol. We even rocked their hoodies and hats when they sold them haha. But for real, sb munchies is authentic, creative, unique. Homegrown and inspired. And I hope they make it, and become so profitable that me and my sister will always be able to count on the late night calories making our pants too tight. lol. You guys rock :)

I’m very disappointed only because this place is usually a great experience! This 2 star review is only bc I work for a food delivery company and I work late nights for extra $$. This place is one of my top restaurants I like to deliver for bc the food is great, the staff is very friendly and my orders are usually on time. But tonight it’s currently 1:50am and the store is locked up and dark. They advertise they stay open till 3am. It’s March 28th on a Wednesday. No holidays I’m aware of? I’ve now received 4 orders just sitting here ive had to cancel. I’ve seen 3 other cars pull in looking confused. I’m confused as well as to why they are closed? No note on the door explaining why? Nothing! Ops, another confused driver is leaving again! I hope I’m missing something bc this is VERY UNEXCEPTABLE!! Delivery drivers wasting their time and gas! Customers at home, hungry wondering what is going on? I’ll be happy to change my rating if there is a reasonable explanation for this unexpected closure. What’s going on?

I got the shrimp Alfredo and it tasted gross . Very old like if it was expired. I'm not gonna eat it anymore after those two bites it made me gag . Not the first time they disappointed.

If you're not going to take online orders any more then shut off that service on Yelp. Your website says you aren't accepting them but I didn't see that until I had placed an order. My credit card was charged but no notification came that you accepted my order. I don't even know if you're open or not, I couldn't find you when I came looking and it was around 10pm so we'll within your posted hours. SHUT OFF ONLINE ORDERING VIA YELP

got the Deep-fried oreos and Deep-fried smucker's pb&j it was not the same as it used to be, the batter wasn't the same as before and it was soggy. lowkey tasted like churros which isnt what i wanted. new ownwers? what's going on Munchiez?!?!?!?!.

Gave the wrong delivery driver my order and then refused to make it a second time when a delivery driver came to get it. Like yall are still getting paid for the food whether it came to me or not it’s the apps fault but refusing to make it when the app tried to correct the mistake is absurd. 0 stars if I could for customer service.

Yummy. Got the Munchiez Patty Melt, Macaroni & cheese, Hot Cheetos Street corn, & Deep fried oreos. The patty melt was delicious, crispy bread and good flavors (fries were cooked ok but very bland), Mac and Cheese was delicious, creamy & kinds spicy. Street corn was yummy, cooked well with mild flavors. Deep fried oreos we tasty bjt very sweet & heavy. It's located in a small little place with parking or stret parking.

This is even after the decline in quality and service started around 2022. After multiple incorrect orders I gave up going. Still since they are usually the only place open I give in and take a gamble. Three times in the last year they've gotten my order wrong. Lots of places screw up orders. Its the total lack of getting the order right on the peoples faces who work there now. Fourth and last time was last night. The way the manager handled it was inexcusable. Getting all the way home to Goleta after work and finding yet another mistake in the order was the last straw. Sad to see a great place go down hill. Even sadder to realize, if I want to be honest with the people I drive around that when they have to ask what there is to eat at this hour I, in good faith, will have to say Jack In The Box. I'm not staking my conscience on their poor service.

so I decided to try this place , ordered food because on Google it said they were open , went to pick up food and the guy was telling me they weren't open . After that I asked for a refund and the guy didn't even speak English so all he did was give me a thumbs up . Didn't ever get my refund either . Worst experience I've had with ordering food
