I got Max’s breakfast sammie. It was yummy with the toasted sourdough bread and a little kick from the garlic-tabasco mayo was nice. The service was quick.
East coaster here who loves his sandwiches! South coast deli has it going on. Pesto chicken Sammy was ?I did get a bagel w cream cheese on morning and they gave me the CC in a separate container, which was a little disappointing.

The food is excellent! The service isn't bad, it's just so noisy in there it's hard to hear each other when ordering. The place is small and the line has to wait from entrance out. They have some seating outside and a narrow space for sitting inside, but the food is worth the inconvenience. Their salads a huge. I'm pretty sure two or three people can eat from one and be satisfied. The sandwich bread taste fresh, like home made, soft but crispy. It's just super good! And it's just walking distance from work.

Had very yummy sandwiches here, as we were passing through town. I had the South Coast Turkey and my husband had the Mr. Green Jeans. Both made with good quality meat, veggies, and housemade sauces!! I requested mine panini-style which was really great!! Wish they had this chain closer to LA, would totally go!
