This location had the worst service and rude baristas. The staff are mean. One barista got mad about a mistake my four-year-old made and changed his mind. I even offered to pay for the change, but she didn't even respond.

A good-hearted team works really well together, and they pay attention to small details to show your care. Some of them are very sweet adding cute notes to your coffee to make your day goes better, and some of them are serious, but that does not anymean they are doing a magnificent job.

Stephanie was a wildly unpleasant individual. The kind of person you remember for years because of how odd your interaction was and how instantly aggressive she was. She seems like a baseline angry person or maybe someone massively pissed her off but either way, her attitude is absurd. Thank goodness Aana was there to balance her out. Thank you Aana.

The trend ive discovered in the santa barbara area is that the locations are nice and staffed with pretty nice and helpful individuals.. ive only needed 1 drink remade in a month of being in the area and they wrnt above and beyond.. no complaints other than the greed.
Parking: Wasnt that much room to park anywhere in this general area from what i can tell.. if you have a lifted truck these parking lots are trash. 🤷♂️🤣
No restroom for customers! They appear to have one for employees, though. Closest restroom is many blocks away. What coffee shop doesn't have a restroom? That's basically torture for coffee drinkers!

OK they won’t let anybody into the restroom. Even if you buy some thing no tables, no chairs no Wi-Fi Rude employees the only Starbucks I have do not like oh and I walked back in after I left and of course they all stopped talking and they’re all on their phones stop treating everybody like their homeless unless then again, homeless people deserve to be treated just like everybody else the employees at the Starbucks are not a good representation of friendly Santa Barbara
