Check your receipts and listen for the total. We mysteriously got a $5 tip added to our $8 transaction when we didn’t even touch the screen. Simply tapped to pay. We caught the scam when she said our total was $8.90 but the transaction showed $13.90 on our phone. We never saw a tip option on our end. Don’t want to blame the cashier but that was very strange. We asked for that to be reversed but she refunded the original $8.90 which is very nice of her but still super strange that she would want to keep the $5 tip and refund our order. Why not just refund the mistake and keep the amount owed to Starbucks? Makes it feel a bit shady.

Wish I would've read reviews prior to walking into the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting, it's unsanitary, health hazard. The toilet seemed to have overflowed, urine, and feces on the floor! When I reported it to the baristas they didn't seem to care. They should have closed it, that's unsafe! By reading reviews, it seems to be the norm for them to have a filthy bathroom. Shame on you Starbucks!

Not recommended. Staff very disorganized and my waitress was very unfriendly. She didn't even say goodbye to me when I thanked her and politely said goodbye. Disrespectful! In addition, the store is quite dark and the restroom was very unclean.

I went to this Starbucks expecting a simple, no-frills cold brew. Nothing fancy. Just a cold brew. I ordered, paid, and waited… and waited… and waited.

20 minutes passed. People who ordered after me got their drinks. I kept checking the pickup counter like I was waiting for a miracle. Spoiler alert: it never came.

No one called my name. No one checked in. No apology. No explanation. Just pure, caffeinated silence.

I eventually just walked out, frustrated and still uncaffeinated—which, let’s be real, is a public safety issue.

Get it together, Starbucks. Cold brew shouldn’t take longer than a dinner reservation.

Was just after something refreshing so I ordered the acai strawberry beverage which was sickly sweet. Once the ice diluted it a bit it was drinkable and then I poured a full glass of water in it and found it more enjoyable. Wouldn’t order again and I definitely didn’t detect a hint of acai

I really love starbucks but this place was not good at all. We waited 25-30 min for our order and there were not much costumers in the store.

Starbucks didn't please us today, as for drinks, everything is as usual. But the restroom was terribly dirty, not cleaned, everything was missing, toilet paper, towels, soap. In general, there is NOTHING... My friends and I were extremely disappointed.

Barista was asleep did not once call out the name on anybody's order, or at least not loud enough to project to pass the edge of the counter.... No sugar or cream out... All in all a bit like going to an automated place
