This is the second time I picked up an order from this Starbucks , held the (sealed) bag completely upright the entire way, and still had a drink tip over. YOU NEED TO SECURE ALL THE DRINKS. THIS HAPPENS WITH LARGE COLD DRINKS THAT ARE VERY HEAVY. PUT AN EMPTY CUP IN THE BAG IF YOU HAVE TO. This is ridiculous. You are literally a coffee company and yet you can’t figure out a way to secure a drink in a bag??????????
Edit: if Starbucks won’t provide them , buy the type of in-bag cup holders that McDonald’s uses. They look extremely cheap. And they work. 100%. It would be a good investment with an ROI in terms of customer happiness.

Walked in and no hello, stood at the register for 2 minutes before anyone said anything to me, then a young man with a nose ring asked me what I wanted to drink and it looked like I was bugged him and he had a scorned look on his face! Make me want to come back for more service!

Rudest employees, and they always give me the wrong sandwich… I guess people can’t read here because I always get the baguette and everytime they give me the croissant instead. No sorry, no my bad, the worst starbucks I have been to. They also hide the online orders and then when you say your name they will hand you 1/2 of it and forget either ur drink or food. All of this has happened multiple times.

Really disappointing experience. I ordered two items for myself — the seasonal iced lavender oatmilk latte (no modifications with the exception of the kind of espresso used) and a set of the bacon Gruyère egg bites with a packet of srirachia. We showed up just a few minutes after placing the order to a not-so-busy cafe and food and drinks were already ready to go.
However, the barista who made the drink evidently had very little care for the sequencing process or drink quality. As a former Starbucks barista, I would never send a drink out in the way that I received mine. All of the lavender powder was seated at the very bottom of the drink, and the drink had nowhere near enough ice to mix it all in. As a customer, that should not be my responsibility in the first place, but being unable to do it is even more frustrating when I paid for a premium seasonal drink.
Additionally, the egg bites that I had ordered with “sriracha” clearly printed on the label came with no sriracha. I noticed neither of these things before I was miles away from the location and unable to go back for a remake or a refund.
To finalize my complaints, although I don’t agree with the new standard of writing on every single cup handed to a customer, writing “aloha!” on all three beverages in the total transaction either suggests complete and utter laziness as was so evident in the drink preparation, or pre-writing on the cups which is disallowed due to sanitation standards; additionally, this does not maintain the revised “back to Starbucks” connection with the third place environment they promote. The barista on warming (ovens) also barely looked up or acknowledged when we asked for a drink carrier for our 3 beverages with our hands already full, just sort of tossed it on the counter.
This is consistently the second-to-worst Starbucks in town (looking at you, Fairview, for the number one spot) and I truly hope that you hire better shift supervisors or management at this location to be involved with the customer experience that a well-run store is capable of providing.

Super chill staff, amazingly warm and were patient because I tend to have a lot of questions.

Arrived to location about 30-40 minutes before closing and the worker Keira had a terrible face towards me. Truly ruined my mood, you can unlike the job or unlike how we arrived that close to closing but you should atleast fake a smile.

This is definitely a “local neighborhood” Starbucks, serving the Mesa. While this is not the most fancy Starbucks out there, I appreciate that the store is always clean and the service is always excellent. They always get my order correct, and I never have to wait longer than expected regardless of how busy it is. Of course, it’s Starbucks so taste and quality are consistent with other locations.
Parking: Free parking lot for shopping center patrons. Can be busy but you can usually find a spot pretty easily.

The employee ringing me recommended sweet foam on top of the pink drink and it made the drink even better for me.
