The coffee was a huge disappointment. I took the first 1 back because it was so weak, tasted like water. She made it again, also very weak. I think their new machine is trying to save on coffee, but it is far too weak. Bad coffee will chase the customers away.

GM Amelia is exceptional as are nearly if not all her staff. Always feel welcomed here.. and there is a working electrical outlet here on this visit. My highest recommendation.

My first time here. Only complaint is the bathroom needs to be cleaned. I willbe back and l five them 5 Stars.
Long story short, none of the outlets work in the entire store. How is that possible in one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in the country? I am very disappointed since it's my favorite location to catch up some work while you watch the sunset. Please charge your devices if you intend to hang in this location.

I talk to strangers. These Starbucks patrons do not. Other than that and exactly zero smiles or anything that could be mistaken as friendly. Seems the just say "Fish" corporate attitude is gone. Remember the Pikes Place Fish Market attitude of it is great to be alive, is fully missing here. But the tea was hot & they gave me plenty of sugars!
