Continuously sub par service and order accuracy rate with rare accountability. To their credit, there are some great hardworking employees but unfortunately it seems like rotating door of trainees that make it hard for things to run smoothly.

There were so many workers doing nothing. It took about 20 minutes to get our order and there was no one in there and like no mobile orders. And we are ordering online today and it’s taken 25 minutes to make the order. Not a very good experience.

Fantastic people here (5 stars). I think something is wrong with the right-most coffee maker. My coffee tasted like water. I was embarrassed but asked them to remake it with less milk but though it was a little darker it still tasted watery?

The coffee was a huge disappointment. I took the first 1 back because it was so weak, tasted like water. She made it again, also very weak. I think their new machine is trying to save on coffee, but it is far too weak. Bad coffee will chase the customers away.

GM Amelia is exceptional as are nearly if not all her staff. Always feel welcomed here.. and there is a working electrical outlet here on this visit. My highest recommendation.

Today I made the mistake of removing the lid from my coffee and spilled it all over myself at the next stoplight. The whole thing smelled like cheap hand lotion, so I guess it was not destined to be consumed.
