Great location with a lot of parking available. Got a nice hot cup of mint tea after dinner nearby. My husband got a cappuccino which he enjoyed much. Lots of indoor seating and a few tables outside. The service was ok. Great Christmas merchandise for sale.

This is why it's so important to put your hair up in a bun or a ponytail when working in hospitality/food and beverage...I went in for a drink, and I was halfway when I realized there was a hair intertwined and in the drink...The barista had his hair down, and was wearing a beanie. When he put the sticker on, one of his hairs was caught in the sticker...I won't let a hair ruin this but please...put your hair up. It's not mine, as the hair was already attached inside the sticker.

honestly, this place is great to come and study. only giving it 1 star because when I went in to study today a barista was rude to a family. they obviously didn’t speak english well and didn’t understand that their drinks were ready at the bar. another barista tried to explain that their drinks were ready but I think that their hand gestures confused them so they didn’t pick them up. i understand it’s taking up space and it was the 3rd time calling their name but the barista had such an attitude. there was an obvious language barrier and could’ve been handled differently. a customer translated before I could what they needed to do and the family went on their way. obviously by the tone of voice that the barista was talking caused confusion to the family and was extremely unnecessary. they need to do better and respond appropriately. there was no need for him to get SO upset, they could’ve explained it again. please, reevaluate. thank you.

I came at 5:35 AM (stopping on my way from LA to SF) and the workers completely locked the door, ignored my knocks and didn’t respond even though they were standing at the counter. The doors were kept locked and when one worker finally noticed me standing outside, she waved her hand to signal “go away.”I kept pulling on the locked door to show that it wasn’t opening, but she just ignored me.They should all be fired because even the manager who was sitting there chatting with them continued to ignore me.Who ignores a customer and tells them to go away. I understand that it was early, but the fact that they chose to disregard the time/opening hours and ignore me is just rude.
