I've been there about 8 times and they managed to get my order wrong nearly every time,even when there isn't alot of customers, just ridiculous.

I knew there was a rush of students ordering, so I didn't decide to ask them if they had already finished my drink, even though the many people who ordered after me already received their drinks. I was just on my phone waiting for my order, and after everyone left and I was the only one there, the employees started looking at me, probably wondering if I was gonna order, so I just decided to go up to them and ask them what happened to my order and they forgot to make it. I was there for like 20-30 min.

This store is enjoying racism. Came with a friend (we both Asian) and the staff intentionally spelled Doris into DORICE and Florence into FLORICE while making the wrong drinks. Must be fun for you.

This specific location has more issues than other locations. 90% of the time they don't add an ingredient I wanted or do something stupid. The only reason I come back here is because I need coffee but most of the times I try to go to another location

Baristas just stood in a circle talking, siping their own made drinks, and on their phones for a ridiculous amount of time before deciding to make my drink. I just stood there staring at them like an idiot. All in all very unprofessional and definitely not what I would expect from a Starbucks Coffee let alone any business.
