I have had some good experiences here but I instantly have to give a fast food style restaurant a one start if they dont let customers get food 20 minutes before they are supposed to close.

Subway is a total ripoff! I recently went to this store and ordered the "grand slam " which advertises 33% more meat and the poster above the counter shows a sandwich brimming with meat. Well... the one the lady made had maybe 4 slices of meat and looked nothing like the photo, not to mention if it was actually 33% more meat then the regular sandwich must have maybe a slice and a half. When I asked her about the huge difference she just shrugged and said I don't know . Patrick Mahomes should reconsider his affiliation with this chain because he's actually helping with the false advertising. I'll never be setting foot in a Subway again. Called to follow up a Doordash order on a Thursday at about 8:45pm. Employee noted that the order had come through twice. she preceded to put the phone down to ask her manager if the second order could be canceled. all I heard for 7 minutes was employees specifically discussing the situation and laughing amongst each other. Minimum wage doesn't mean companies aren't obligated to provide a basic standard. This location needs work.

I usually order from here since my job is super close to it. I had never had any problems when dealing with an online order. But today I went in to pick up my order & they started questioning each other whether or not they received my order, before this I was calling & calling the store to make sure they had received my order and my called was never answered. I wanted to make sure so that I didn't have to be waiting since I had to be back at work soon. The guy that was there said he couldn't find anything in his "system" but I had already been charged the 20 dollars for the 2 subs I had ordered. Mind you the person who was dealing with my order said he was the "supervisor district manager" but it seemed like he had NO IDEA on what he was doing. I have worked in costumer service for a couple years and we usually just gave the costumer what they ordered because they had already payed for it but this person denied getting me any food or my money back he only gave me a "phone number" to the company but it kept on sending me to a machine, I could not speak to anyone personally to AT LEAST get my money back. I have never written a review for any restaurants because I know how stressful the job can be but this is just infuriating and the worst service I have experienced at any subway. I wouldn't even give them 1 star because they don't deserve it!

Joaquin was amazing. He was quick to make 5 sandwiches. He was also friendly and had great recommendations. I would recommend this Subway on the Mesa to anyone who wants a quick bite for a great price.

My husband and I came in earlier today for lunch after I ordered my sandwich my husband ordered a club and didn't think anything about it while the girl made it because he assumed she knew what went on a club. Once we got in the car I looked at the receipt and realized she made him a turkey sandwich so we went back in to ask her to add the other meat and to refund us and recharge the correct price since a club is a little more. She was very rude about it and told us she wasn't going to do anything about and proceeded to call us liars and say he asked for a turkey sub. I told her she didn't have to be so rude so she told me to "get the f**k out b***h" and if I had a problem with it I could "call her f***ing manager". Also she proceeded to cuss us as we walked out of the store. It was quite unacceptable and inappropriate of an employee to be this unprofessional and aggressive.
