I had a recent experience at this Subway location where I encountered a very unprofessional interaction with an employee when I was concerned about my payment not going through. When I expressed my nervousness about the situation, the employee responded, "You're the one making me nervous," which was not only unhelpful but also quite rude.

Despite this, I chose to leave the food behind without paying as I couldn't complete the transaction. I've decided not to never return to this location due to this experience, and I urge others to think twice before going here. While I appreciate the efforts of other Subway outlets, this particular location is the worst I've come across.

Food is always good at any location but costumer service at this location is horrible, i went to this store on 10/06/2024 at 9:40 and the door didnt work i thought it was closed and the employees that were working didnt even look at my direction, when i was able to open the door i took there for a couple of minutes and they didnt say anything, two hispanic males one was tall skinny just leaning against the wall the other one short chunky guy weary a baseball jacket was entering inventory on the computer probably the manager but not even a hi or a look at my direction. Terrible

Last time going there. I rarely leave bad reviews but the service and situation was so bad there - I am leaving a bad review and our family will NEVER go to this location again.

I placed an order through the Subway App. My wife placed her own order through her account and then my son placed an order.

My wife went to pick up the order. They had 2 orders for me. A total duplicate in their own bags. She called and asked if I was charged twice. I was not. There was one order in my app history for 1 sub and 1 charge on my credit card.

There was only 1 of the 2 order for my wife. She used her own account and own card. Both her orders showed on her Subway app and she had 2 charges pending on her bank account.

The manager insisted they only had 1 order for her. She showed the app and bank charges. He continued to insist that they had 1 order and would not make another sub - even after seeing this.

He let her know that her issue was with the app and the Subway app had nothing to do with the store and he would not make it right. She left with no Sub that she paid for. Obviously we will deal with the credit card company and Subway corporate on getting our money back but this situation is absolutely unacceptable. We will not be back. Lots of good food options in this town - especially since a sub is now $15+.

I ordered a tuna sandwich and I put notes, they just ignored it. And they got sauce all over the sandwiches. It's gross.

Ok so sadly my experience hasn't been the best here but maybe it's just me I put online order in on multiple separate occasions and I picked up once and it took well over an hour for cookies a dozen cookies and again but sadly they did it to a door Dasher and luckily he waited and I gave him a huge tip for waiting but they seem to say complete on orders that are completely not ready then they try to lie and say they don't have any in stock or say oven is broken when clearly they just didn't want to cook the cookies or they try to pass off different cookies then what I ordered but it's subway I wanted to eat fresh but I'll look for cookies elsewhere some of the staff are nice and they do make food and some on a rare occasion reach out and let me know how long it's going to take and I appreciate it

Friendly customer service and the area is always clean! I never have issues with my sandwiches here and the location is easy to access.

Very bad constumer service, 0 constumer service experience from Manager Lucero. It's increible how you can't buy just a side of meat when you're actually willing to pay the amount need it, at the end of the day you're paying for it.

It says on the description that it's dine in. It isn't. Take out only. Should change that in the description so people don't drive and don't want to eat outside when Temps are in the 40s

I had to wait 12 minutes to get my change manager was not on-site was gone.Pour associate their she was the only one there she was nice but after they gave me my change not even to say sorry or.Anything to apologize not to very good management..
