I don’t get subway a lot just because they’re busy enough. But the times I decide to are disappointing. My default order since I got the app has (more) tomatoes but I think 9/10 times I got none. Other ingredients are missing or even added but that’s not a big deal, simple mistakes. I’m just upset about wanting tomatoes in my $15 sandwich and getting none. Since this is one of the main accessible places to eat a relatively hearty meal on campus, I hope things can improve. 🍅

I go to school at UCSB and whenever I am hungry and in a rush I tend to go to subway because they are always fast and always have a positive attitude! This past week I went in and I ordered a sub and Rubi took my order and she suggested me the BMT and she was so kind about everything! This is now my to go spot🙂

Wrong sandwiches are made and they are unresponsive to complaints. Also if you order online, they will put in much less stuff than what was ordered.

The woman who was making my food was SO sloppy I had to walk out. She asked me how I wanted my sandwich and I told her what I wanted and she proceeds to toast it even though I shook my head no. The cheese was all sloppy. I literally had only one piece of meat on my bread. Like legit only one piece. Wouldn’t eat here if it was my last meal 😃😃✨✨
