Super Cucas has a separate vegan menu with many options. The burritos are massive and come with two yummy salsas. Would rate it 5 stars but can’t according to happy cow because it’s not a 100% vegan establishment. Updated from previous review on 2025-10-30

$15 for a burrito that was 70% rice. The meat was super dry and there wasn’t much of it. Not much love or effort put into this - could be a lot better.
Lots of vegan options to choose from. They have soy chorizo, vegan carne asada, and vegan al pastor style protein options. They have labeled burrito vegan options on their menu but I asked if they could make me some vegan tacos which they were more than happy to do for me with whichever of the vegan proteins I wanted. The food was tasty and the portions were definitely generous. Was definitely pleasantly surprised by the range and quality of vegan options offered at this small, more of a hole in the wall type taco and burrito place. Highly recommend!

We ordered nachos to share.. food was abundant and well prepared.. beer was cold an service was great.. definitely go back when im in the area.

They have a separate vegan menu that has lots of great options. The #5 vegan chorizo burrito is my favorite - the potatoes are a nice touch, and I like the chorizo. I don’t love al pastor flavors and the soy beef was a bit much for me. But it is nice because you can swap out the protein options for whatever you want. There is a salsa bar, which was fun to try. The pico de gallo was my favorite.
