I think this location is my least favorite TB in all of SB County! I’m done trying to make it work. The folks in the kitchen just can’t get it right - order from the kiosk, they mess up the order. You order in person, they mess up the order. Order through the app, they really mess up the order! I’m tired of paying for upgrades and add-ons only to NOT receive them. No thanks! I’ll satisfy my cravings elsewhere 🙂↕️

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Behavior from Taco Bell Employee
I’m writing to report an extremely unprofessional and offensive experience my sister had when calling one of your Taco Bell locations. She called to ask if she had possibly left her wallet there. Instead of being assisted, her call was repeatedly hung up on. When she called back again, an employee answered the phone by saying “chinga tu madre,” which is highly inappropriate and offensive. After that, they left the phone off the hook to prevent further calls.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and deeply disrespectful. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed with the appropriate disciplinary actions and staff training.

Great historic Taco Bell right downtown. No bathrooms to my knowledge but still supports mobile ordering. Food was as expected. A must see for any Taco Bell fans!

My 26 yr. old son comes here OFTEN and they always give him a hard time. Today was the last straw. This is what he told me that happened today, Saturday, June 14, 2025.
I went in and was waiting for my food past 11 minutes. Then one of the on shift mangers, I believe her name is Veronica, asked if everything was good.
I told her I was waiting for my food and showed my receipt.
She said we don’t have that order and said someone already took it, while giving me a nasty stare. I told her, “I don’t have it”, and she said well I don’t know….Then stared at me for 15 seconds in silence. Then she rolled her eyes and asked one of her employees, and they had put it in a different spot on accident.
No apology from her and I felt discrimination thinking I’m homeless or something.
She still didn’t say sorry and it was obvious she that I was there just to try and take someone’s food or something, even though I showed a receipt. I felt extremely discriminated against.
This is not the first time and not just from Veronica. My son looks homeless because he has long hair but he is actually a United States Marine. This is an example of not to judge a book by its cover Taco Bell. Especially since he eats there literally 4-5 times a week(no joke). Shame on you for mistreating people just because of their looks. Your staff, especially Management needs to take a diversity/inclusion class so they will stop discriminating against people that don’t meet their criteria.
We will be contacting an attorney to learn if we have a discrimination case against you because this is not the first time it’s happened to him. He pays for his food every time and has his receipts and you keep treating him like he is trash. Learn to APOLOGIZE Veronica. Maybe the Judge can teach you how to apologize and treat EVERYONE with respect, dignity, and compassion. We will get Corporate’s information so we can file a complaint against this franchise(if it is) and the owner.

I ordered a lux craving box on the app. It's not that much food. I was waiting around for my food.I saw people come in place to order and grab all their food for a whole family So I asked if my order was being worked on. The employee that I asked gave me attitude and rolled her eyes at me. I waited twenty minutes just for Chalupa, soft taco, 5 layer burrito and chips..
New late night window is dumb, I had to wait for people in front of me to order even though my mobile order was ready and waiting. Also, this location is cheaper than the mesa Location but not as good

I don’t normally leave reviews but I got a Grubhub order and this has to be one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever gotten food from. Got a 5-layer burrito, it was one (beans). Got a Baja blast, got a Baja blast freeze, literally harder to make. Got a cantina soft taco and the entire thing was cold. Honestly, I get Taco Bell is not supposed to be 5-star Mexican food but goddamn this was bad.

We were mostly disappointed.l sorry to say. While the classic Taco Bell design of the building was reminiscent of my earliest infatuation with this chain, the modern signage was too high to even read and the total lack of hospitality in a non busy time left me uneasy. The pickup package was turned backwards so I waited not knowing my meal was ready; meanwhile the app said it was still being made. A good 5 minutes went by before someone asked what my order was. To their credit. Meanwhile half of the food was not edible. The chalupa was not fully cooked and the amount of chicken and flavoring in the chicken cantina burrito make the meal a massive disappointmen?t. Except, the potato soft taco which was very good, however cold because of the delay. We were traveling so it was not possible to return.?
Vegetarian options: Glad that the hot sauce selection is predictable and adds good overall touches of sauce and spice to the meal.

I've been shopping here for a while now. Usually really fast service, delicious food and kind staff but especially in the morning, can someone explain to the person making the drinks that the orders and drinks need to be ready at the same time? The other staff does a great job, they add the drinks after everything is cold. I've left the place with my cold order several times after waiting 10 minutes for a drink and realizing I wasn't going to get it. I think the seller on the other side of town needs to come and give you some training, teach you how to send a notification to the app when the order is ready and even explain to you that the drinks in the order need to be ready at the same time. I hope someone sees this review and hires a staff member who understands that. I see this as a few staff members making a good team look bad.
