Time for TB to up their ante. I stopped in because the restaurant was convenient. My tacos were bland. Great for kids, not adults. Quiet clean space, however.

If I could give 6 stars I would. This is singlehandedly the best taco bell I've ever been to, amazing portion sizes and friendly staff. Every worker here deserves a massive bonus and I would recommend this place to anyone :)

This location is too expenive and i dont plan to come back. You can get better food across the street at super cucas for exactly what you pay here.Everything at this location is atleast $1 more than the goleta location. Totally ridiculous. One pizza and a value taco came out to $12 when i could get a quality and stuffed burrito at super cucas for $12.29
If anything goes wrong, talk to the manager or the owner )often there) and it will get fixed. Some of the cashiers can't follow instructions for putting orders into the machine e.g. if you're a regular and know what your $total should be, double check your total before leaving, because the staff will press the 'extra' button and add $0.50 here and there vs.put in the order how you tell them to for the best price for the customer. But that currently happens at every single Taco Bell location. Otherwise, this location in terms of spaciousness and willingness to work with customers, is the best I've ever encountered.

They will overcharge you!!! Do not go here, staff is rude and owner will literally upcharge double what the price should be. Go to the milpas location, this place is a joke.

I love this Taco Bell! It is my fav fast food in sb and the employees are so wonderful! I eat here almost every day and have very few issues. I would give five stars but this morning I decided to grab myself TacoBell Breakfast but I just found an enormous hair laced all throughout my breakfast Crunchwrap ? like I said I love this location and the employees and will absolutely be coming back but I just really feel weird about eating food with a huge hair in it and I hope that bringing awareness helps to avoid it in the future. Much love and thank you for all the delicious food ?

Terrible service, predatory pricing. First off there prices are higher than the average Taco Bell for various items. Second when I tried to get $1 happy hour drinks for my kids, I had some young kid with attitude flat out lie to me and said that they stopped doing happy hour years ago. And he was trying to charge me $2.19 plus tax per drink, when every other Taco Bell I have been to in 6 other states abides by corporates happy hour deal (which is also all over their official website)I politely told him I changed my mind didn’t want anything and left. About 10 minutes later I received and notification that he still charged my card for something I didn’t get, that he saw I didn’t receive, and didn’t even bother to refund it. So I had to drive back and make them reverse the charge. When I asked him why he still ran my card, he gave me some pathetic response that I left. I told him that doesn’t explain why you would STILL run a charge on my card, then not cancel or refund it when I didn’t get anything. He then tried to crack a some unintelligible remark about my pride that honestly didn’t make sense. But what it equivalent to was him mouthing off at me trying to make himself feel right by insulting the customer. Bottom line if I were you, I would rather drive five minutes over to milpas to get better service and not to mention better prices than rather pay extra for cheap fast food, or potentially have an unauthorized charge then hear some insubordinate remark when you have to drive all the way back to make them reverse it.

I've been coming here for quite a few months now and I usually come here to get work done on my laptop due to my roommate needing our apartment most nights, so since this taco bell is open late and nearby, I come here to get stuff done for my photography and travel projects. Lately, I guess due to my frequency, the staff seems a bit annoyed or bothered and very stand offish by my presence. I usually order on my app and pick it up at the to-go counter, request the bathroom some visits, and stay to myself in the corner on my laptop. I don't bother anyone, I don't play music loudly, and the only interaction I have with the staff is when I pick up my order, and I say hi, and thank you. Then I go sit down and finish my work. I'm not sure if it's because of my race, or the fact that I don't speak Spanish to them, but I don't see the need to talk about customers while they're in ear shot and physically in the restaurant. I'm always polite and stay to myself. It's very discouraging and makes me not want to come as often. There are no other places to study late or get work done like most cities, so this is my only option some nights.
