I hadn't been here in 25 years. The last time I was here, abuelita was still in the back making tortillas by hand. The handmade tortillas are still worth the price of admission—which is not that bad, these days. Such amazing food, and birria de chivo on the weekends. Hopefully I'll be back before another quarter-century has passed.
The food here is great. Good service...taste just like your mom made it...or your abuelita did....don't see anything on the menu that would taste bad...keep you posted on that...good prices as well
I had an elote (corn) tamale and asada taco. Both were tasty. The taco was a good size and so was the tamale. I mistakenly thought there would be whole corn kernels in the middle so be aware there isn’t, however it was so tasty as made with a sweet corn flavor. I enjoyed it. My husband had the pollo bajio burrito and said it was tasty and he really enjoyed it. It too was large.The atmosphere was very casual. Unfortunately I forgot to take pics.
