Test Pilot is a fun, tiki bar located in the Funk Zone of Santa Barbara. We stopped by here while waiting for an event and really enjoyed the drinks we got. We got the Ken-Tiki Kentucky and Oaxan Dead. Both were great but we both agreed that the Ken-Tiki Kentycky was the better of the two. It was not crowded when we went but we both still enjoyed the atmosphere.

This is not your typical tiki bar. Very upscale, but still relaxed. Drinks are made from scratch, and never too sweet.
A gem in the funk zone hidden amongst the wineries. A must for locals and tourists.
