Andersen’s is a charming, family-owned Danish-style bakery and restaurant that’s been passed down through generations. They specialize in authentic European and Scandinavian pastries, and also serve breakfast, brunch, and dinner. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, and can easily accommodate parties of all sizes.

I ordered the crab cake Benedict, and my wife had the bratwurst sausage with eggs. The crab cake Benedict was perfectly cooked - rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The bratwurst was equally delicious, packed with savory spices and paired well with the eggs and potatoes. Both dishes are definitely worth trying.

The interior of Andersen’s makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a cozy café somewhere in Europe. The antique-style furniture adds to its old-world charm, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere.

Overall, Andersen’s is a delightful spot for a casual meal or a special treat. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner. She gave me a little bit of history of the business, and even gave me and my wife a complimentary slice of a delicious cinnamon dessert. It was comparable to Cinnabon, but way better! Definitely give it a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Long time SB restaurant fortunately survived COVID. Great location to people watch and solid breakfast selections with a bit of a twist. Of course great coffee and pastries. Eggs Benedict pictured. Well behaved dogs allowed outside.

My husband and I had loved this bakery as we went here during our wedding weekend. Unfortunately, we came in with our two year old who hit the bakery glass in excitement. We immediately grabbed him and corrected him. The woman behind the counter yelled at him after we corrected him and had a very angry and rude countenance. My child proceeded to cry from her harsh response. I called to let the management know and they did not apologize but just justified the harsh response and said kindness is not needed. It would be much appreciated if you would train your staff to be kind, even if a correction is warranted. Kindness is always appropriate, especially towards children and families who are watching their children.

Gave free samples when I went! Staff is lovely and the interior is beautiful but the seating outside is lovely as well. Great atmosphere but a little pricey

Had the almond marzipan butterring it was just okay. Disappointed. I had higher expectations given that it is one of their more popular pastries. I will say the interior is cute.

Older lady working was extremely rude over simple matters. When we asked simple questions about the menu we were meet with unpleasant responses.

We were a group of Danish ladies visiting the bakery so our expectations were high and we were not disappointed. We tried a variety of cakes and everything was excellent! The staff were great, the decor fantastic and the owner herself was so welcoming! 1000 tak Charlotte! We’re looking forward to next time ❤️🇩🇰

owner was so incredibly rude to us, mistake on their side, told us we could book for high tea and then switch to brunch or breakfast once we arrived, sat down and was told we HAD to pay the 55.95 dollars per person for the high tea, while telling us this we didn’t receive a single apology for THEIR mistake and the whole situation was handled with straight up disrespect, never met a more rude lady in the service industry.

We had a fabulous breakfast here. The pastries are amazing and truly mouth watering. The services was top notch and the atmosphere is wonderful - quiet, elegant, and exceptionally clean everywhere. Would love to go there again!
