Coffee was weak, and not as good [flavorful] as expected for a "roasting company".- plain black coffee was not a robust Columbian, not quite medium and definitely not a darker roast.- not many options at the airport, only coffee here.- service was good, people were friendly.

They charged $8 for one of those tiny Sabra hummus snack packs. Pretax. Come on y’all

When you enter the glorious vista that is Santa Barbara airport, you expect to see the finest of teas, coffees, potions and lotions. You can imagine my surprise when I discovered a little hole in the wall, a cheateu de la hole (if you will). I was shocked to my very core to discover this boiler of the bitter bean is a chain. Bravo, the coffee bean and tea leaf, you have redefined the breakfast sandwich, leaving me only to wonder: "could this be more damp?" The service was acceptable.

I ordered a Carmel ice blended coffee. And it was white with no Carmel or hint of brown in color. I asked them to remake it, thinking they misheard me and to make sure it was the Carmel blended coffee. They did it exactly as they did before, like a vanilla milkshake with no espresso or Carmel drizzle. I have had coffee bean plenty of times and it has never tasted or looked like that. They had the nerve to say that that was the correct drink and I was wrong. Even though the price was $7. It went in the trash.

Ordered a black coffee. It was room temperature. Displeased.

The Santa Barbara airport offers very little options for coffee and Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is the only dedicated coffee spot. I can always get what I want, though, and their staff are friendly. Most recently I asked if they could fill my reusable water bottle and they did, as well as filled it with ice! It was great to not have to go buy a water bottle. They have some food items. Just be forewarned, the line can get super long early in the morning.

Poor quality staff. particular issue with a woman. my husband goes to get our coffee which tasted like it had been sitting over night... he comes back to tell me the lady making his coffee tried to get his number multiple times in this 1 encounter. he had already told her he was married & no thank you but this woman would not stop (surprisingly I bursted into laughter) just when you think you are in transit for your next flight The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf will beanboozle (reference to the game).

Best cold brew coffee I’ve had in a long time. The young lady at the counter was very nice and sweet. Thank you for taking care of the pilots! Really appreciated.

Closed until 8:30am this morning. Maybe selling coffee is no longer a morning thing. Make sure to get your coffee before you get to the airport. Theres none being served here this morning.

Miss having one near me. Great Varietie of drinks and good Pastries. Also has a nice seating area to hangout in. One of the nicer fast coffee shops in Santa Barbara.

Coffee and sandwiches are okay but convenient! I think the price is reasonable.

NOT a franchise so your CBTL card will not work. Owner a little grumpy/crusty especially when cleaning....But it's an airport pit stop!
