We choose the restaurant because it was on the water and its approval rating. It was a disappointing experience. The service was slow considering there was only three other tables being served. For a restaurant called the Harbor it had no fresh fish offerings ie grilled, baked etc. Caesar salad was good, bread was warmed too long. Ordered oven baked scallops. What I got were three clam shells filled with what seemed to be purée of scallops with a green garnish and Parmesan cheese....
Our waiter Ulysses was excellent!!! The food was good, although the sauce and butter on the New York steak was too much, and the lobster was a bit tough and not enough on the surf and turf for the price, the risotto was tasty.
Lovely restaurant on the pier; hubby ordered halibut (delish) and I had the lobster eggs benedict (tons of lobster, but the potatos on the side were dry and flavorless). Great service and tremendous view. My rating reflects the very dated (and dirty) bathrooms.
