This is review is to say Thank you to Jordan. She was our server/host went we had dinner at ‘o’ bar + kitchen during our stay at the Ritz Carlton Santa Barbara in January 2024. I don't know if she still works at this restaurant, however it has been by far the best service I have received at a restaurant.

Latin themed bar/restaurant experience with nice outdoor seating. Service outstanding, small changes to menu item were “no problem”! They started us with homemade chips and salsa that were perfect. Chicken with rice and burger were great. Tortilla soup was delicious and flourless cake ala mode was a clean plate! Very casual with fire pits on the table.

Really not very good. We waited almost 10 minutes to be seated and then had to go fetch a server (after being at the table for almost 15 minutes with no one even glancing in our direction). They brought us chips 2 minutes before our food was served (having realized they'd forgotten to, after the folks next to us were given chips promptly upon sitting down). Two of our main meals came 8 minutes before the other two. The arroz con pollo was salty and the fries tasted underdone...
