Dishonest about the fact that the pool is closed and the entire resort is under reservation. Beware and stay elsewhere.
The only Hilton where if you check-in through the app, they won’t upgrade you with your status!! After arriving, I went to front desk and asked for an upgrade. $75 to upgrade! I said what about my status? Sorry, you checked-in via the app. No upgrades. Only paid upgrades.
I asked David what else do I get with my status? Umm… what do you want? You can pay ahead for breakfast. I said, clearly you don’t understand what I’m saying. What do I get with my honors...read full review
