If you’re ever passing through the area, then this is the place to get wings. They’re quick and they know how to cook. The Wingstop that I live by now cannot make boneless wings as good as this place.

I usually have great experiences with Wingstop however today I mobile ordered twenty wings and some fries and to my surprise I only received six wings. This was upsetting enough but when I went to the store to get this resolved one of the service workers (being a flamboyant boy) gave me attitude and accused me of trying to get free food. I was shocked by this considering I’ve never experienced anything like this before. In the end a nice girl was sweet enough to get me the rest of my fourteen wings and apologized for the entire situation.

They forgot the ranch that I paid for, said that the manger would talk about issuing a refund the next day, never happened. The staff each time I’ve been there are rude or just.. standoffish. When I called about the missing item, the person on the phone says “so what would you want us to do about it?” (no apology either) Oh I don’t know, maybe we can start with giving me my money back? I usually like the food here but I don’t think I will be coming back, not worth the trouble. Thank you Wingstop for your notorious bad customer service, another step to being more healthier when it comes to my diet.
The cash register woman already has a problem with you being inside the store. I had the audacity to try and order but they stopped taking orders 20 minutes ago 11:40. I tried calling at 11 and no one picked up the phone so I drove out. They stop making food at 1120-30ish but they are open to midnight. No food but you can watch the monitors if you're looking for food

Went In pretty Late at 11, and they said they were only serving boneless , they didn't say they were out of the bone in, I assume they didn't want to use the fryer or sumn bc boneless order was already ready there and then , really disappointed me and customers that were behind me as well that they didn't have bone in . Usually they do take care of me but last night I guess the employees or whatever case might be that they didn't want to serve customers bone in
