They wouldn’t accept cash payment for a yogurt. I was visiting this shop nearly every day and spending over $20 for yogurt for me and my nephew. Will not ever go back after this idiotic bs. They also vastly overcharge, anyway, since they don’t have a flat rate for yogurt with no toppings on it. They charge by the ounce whether you get toppings or you don’t. Ridiculous.

We arrived at 9:40pm bought 4 yogurts and our son wanted to use the bathroom at 9:45pm. When I asked for the code the team said the restrooms were closed due to their cleaning schedule. It was clear they just wanted to go home. Such poor customer care, it’s the small things that count and you can rest assured we won’t be visiting again.

The location has parking in the rear, but refused to allow my disabled wife access to her car after she entered the store from the rear and made a purchase and tried to go back to her car. She was forced to walk 2 blocks around the building to get back to her car. I called and spoke with the employee about this and she was rude didn’t care. They have zero concern about helping disabled customers!

Said they closed at 10, got there at 9:52. Refused to serve me and my friend. I’m sure other yogurt land locations don’t have this issue, but nevertheless, I was not happy with this situation and felt inclined to write this. Go to Menchies, it’s simply the best!

Very rude staff. Visited there today, and when a customer accidentally made a mess the staff proceeded to laugh and make fun of the customer for their mistake without offering help or immediate assistance. Won't ever be coming back here just because of that.

Yogurt was excellent, everything was neat and clean. But customer service was awful. Employee was unwelcoming, and face was like if it was a mistake walking inside. Then proceeds to embarrass my daughter in front of other customer for taking a bite of a cookie and putting it back in her cup to pay. She asked for his name and he refused to give it to her . He then follows us outside where we were eating and starts arguing about the “picture” that was never taken. We told him to leave us alone and he refused to do so. We told him there was no picture and all we wanted was his name. He kept arguing so we just told him to please go back inside and leave us alone.

I was rudely served by an employee on April 28 2025, he looked lazy and uninterested with his customers. His name is Miguel Salazar he stood outside for 15 minutes yelling back and forth with my mother, the worst service I have ever experienced by far.

The lady working today didn’t even greet us, was talking to her friend the whole time we were there then offered us a tip option when we paid. For what? Couldn’t even offer us tasting cups. Absolutely no customer service yet the audacity to expect a tip!

Idk if the workers can't read a clock but they locked the doors like 15 minutes before closing SMH

Unpleasant sales assistant, no smile, she should be taught politeness (hello, thank you, smile), too long wait at checkout (5min) even though she saw us.
