I’m soooo picky with Eastern Mediterranean food (lived there for 4 years) and I can say this is pretty legit. The garden is absolutely magical too, especially at night.

I went to Santa Barbara on a girls trip and had dinner at Zaytoon, it’s such a beautiful spot and the food was delicious, the owner is very kind and offered us desserts as we had a bad experience with the front hostess.

Another killer spot! Beautiful location and we sat outside because of the great weather. Food was very filling but not heavy!

Excellent Lebanese restaurant. The ambiance and atmosphere is very tastefully illuminated at night. Lots of warm, embracing light at night. Reservation and deposit to hold reservations is required, which is unusual. There is street parking and a parking lot across the street that has a non- intuitive app to pay the fee, which I believe is about $5 and hour. (My companion paid it, so I can't recall what they paid.) A truly great restaurant and experience.

Kebab came dried and the dish was filled out with salad and two spoon of rice!
Soup came in a very very small cup. We got baklava for the dessert which was dried!
Overall unsatisfied!

Hands down the best food anywhere in California. The meat with the sauces they have is 10/10 addictive!

Booked Zaytoon for a family dinner. About 20 minutes after ordering, the server informed us they may be out of beef and chicken kabobs which was what we had ordered. He came back 15 minutes later he informed us they were out. We selected other entrees however we were disappointed with the lack of communication upfront and the delay in timing that it caused. The food we received was excellent, however it was a disappointing experience considering we had planned a special dinner.

All the kebab varieties were delicious and mezzes particularly falafel and pistachio spread (strained yogurt with pistachio and pomegranate) were very appetizing and tasty

My experience was nothing like the reviewers who loved the restaurant. We had a lamb plate which was very skimpy. We also ordered the watermelon and arugula salad which was watery and somewhat tasteless. Mediocre food and very overpriced! The patio was lovely.
