During my recent visit to town, I decided to check out this café due to its positive reviews. However, I believe it has been overhyped. The service was lacking, and considering the prices, one would expect drinks to be filled up. It felt like the entire staff was hiding in the back, making for a rather strange coffee shop experience.

Cutest little cafe tucked away in between some office buildings! The Rainier latte was such a treat :) will be visiting again
Sunday mid morning. Service was horrifically slow. Ordered to go, everything came out for dine in. My plain hot black coffee was filled halfway and was barely above room temperature. I have no idea how this place got ratings this good.

Real specialty coffee done right. You have to be grateful when you can get it this good. I got a lovely Gibraltar with bright balanced acidity and super velvety texture. My girlfriend's Rainer Rainfall was perfection for a flavored drink. Beautiful outdoor space. Friendly top-tier service. Thank you, keep doing what you're doing!

Coffee was good, service was not. Way too disorganized, it should not take 10 mins to get your order taken and another 20 to get your coffee. The front guy taking orders seems to be carrying the team and was very nice. Not worth the wait or the 7 dollar price.

Disorganized. They now have a shield protecting the workers like a bank, with a small window. One person is taking orders and delivering products to customers through the same small window. This person also continues to leave the window to prepare food and drinks. All the while five other workers are behind inside the preparation area mostly talking. Waited a while without being acknowledged, while the window remained unattended. So left with nothing. A waste of time considering the location and how far you have to walk to reach the shack.
Unbelievably comfortable and cozy place — a truly hidden gem!

Tried one of their summer specials, The Kauai, a coffee where you can actually taste the coffee. The coconut shavings in every sip were an unexpectedly fun twist (didn’t hate it!). Loved the breezy outdoor seating and quick service, though I still feel the price tag is on the steeper side.

This coffee is some of the best you can buy
Customer service was good, but menu lacked any details about the drinks and sizes and the price was high for a singlecup of coffee. Cups were small and looked like ones you would find in an office cafeteria. Not much to choose from the snacks.
