The tenderloin katsu was incredible, especially with the generous portions of sides! Please don’t compare it to that thin, dry tonkatsu… this is on another level and a must-try!
Got to chat with the owner while waiting for my order and this man is *dedicated*. My only problem is that it's takeout only, so by the time I got home, the cheese was already getting cold. I'd be more likely to come back if there was a table to eat at.
