The service is terrible. I purchased a pretzel and I wanted to be fresh (hot) but instead I got this cold pretzel and when I asked for a freshly made one - they refused saying that what I got was "just made" I even left them a tip... I'll never comba y to this location at Westfield (Santa Clara-San Jose)

The service is horrendous here now. I asked the cashier if she can grab me the front almond pretzel cup in the front and she refuse saying it would be hot to reach, then how to it get there. Seriously just take it 3 cups out and you'll reach it. Just plan lazy! The front two she gave me was burnt, skinny looking pretzels and burnt on the bottom! Like if you hate your job, then quit! She gave me a hissy fit and gave me an attitude when I asked her to give me the 2 2 cup. Never go here again!

The service is ridiculously bad. Online order is not processed in time and when asking the staff by counter, he just gave the pretzel with salt while the order is original without salt. I told the staff my order was without salt, he just dump the ones back to butter to wash off the salt he sprinkled on a moment ago. Since the order amount is 2 I mentioned I can wait. And after a while I got the 2 orders from a female staff who claim is the manager, but I mentioned I want the original pretzel, and she gave me the order with salt again. I went back and explain that I ordered the ones without salt and she started to argue with me that it should be called plain instead of original while the online order clear named it as original without salt. She also refused to look at the order on my phone. No taking care of the order and insanely horrible attitude towards their own mistakes. If not I just love pretzel itself, I would never come to this place. The experience cannot be worse and I will file complaint to Westfield valley fair manager.

When I went there was 2 groups ahead of me and the cashier served them within a minute. They made me order super quick and the dude was friendly. He deserves a raise. Great place to get a quick snack or share a bite with friends.

When you say 5-10 minutes to wait for a pretzel and it takes 34 minutes while people who ordered behind me get their order, there is a problem. Terrible staff, you have 5 people behind the counter and can't get a pretzel out? 34 minutes. What a joke.
The staff here us really nice and treat everyone kindly. Pretzekscare always fresh and delicious.Counter always very clean. No complaints!

Horribly managed location. Ordered ahead and it wasn't ready. The only worker at the location told me that their shift just started and manager should have made it. Manager was no where to be seen. Took 45 min to get the pretzel ordered.Location and hours are also incorrect.

The pretzels were cold and hard, their menu was wrong, and the manager was super pushy and just made me uncomfortable. Also it’s way overpriced which is fine as long as the service and food is good but when the service and food is terrible the price is just not worth it at all. Disappointing because i used to really like their pretzels but it seems like it’s just gone way downhill for some reason. I guess I will have to find another treat in the mall which shouldn’t be too difficult but still it’s just annoying because how hard is it to be kind to your guests and provide quality fresh food? Wish I could get my money back!
