Great Ice Cream 🍦

Ice cream is good but the customer service is terrible. The man with glasses and a white beard is super arrogant and rude.

I found the service to be very bad. The person who served me seemed racist to me because he treats Latino people poorly. This isn't the first time I've visited the place, and it's always the same.

Rocky road on warm brownie was top notch.

Customer Service is horrible. There is a guy who works there who blocked the door 🚪 and started cleaning right before we were about to enter.

We ignored and proceeded to order and sat down. Then he started sweeping around our legs and under our table with no regards to personal space.

Yikes!!! Do only pick up from here. Never sit down for an ice cream..

Best place to buy ice cream around. The atmosphere has clearly changed with the new management team. Service with a smile and who doesn’t love BR ice cream!

From the moment I stepped into this location of Baskin Robbin’s, I was greeted by the friendly staff. The store was clean and spotless. Not only is the staff kind but very efficient. I was served quickly but did not feel hurried. There are a wide variety of flavors to try from, I can’t wait to go back and try new flavors! ?

No line so was quick in and out my kids enjoyed their ice cream

Keila was amazing and kind to me. Prolly one of the best costumer services I had at Baskin Robins.

Purchased 2 large cappuccino blasts, 1 lg mint chip shake. $26. The drinks were so watered down, they were hardly sweet. I bought for some co-workers so had to go back to work. I called the number on the receipt which ended up being corprate. Corporate said they would have the store contact me. 3 weeks later the manager blamed me and said i called the wrong number. She couldn't trust me and why did it take me so long. I said i call the number on the receipt provided on the same day of purchase. The owner got mad and said she wouldn't replace or refund bc i said she blamed me, told me she couldn't trust me, i should have come back the same day, and said if I don't like them that maybe this wasn't the store fore me.
