From the moment I stepped into this location of Baskin Robbin’s, I was greeted by the friendly staff. The store was clean and spotless. Not only is the staff kind but very efficient. I was served quickly but did not feel hurried. There are a wide variety of flavors to try from, I can’t wait to go back and try new flavors! ?

First time here because my husband had a gift card. Really liked the variety of flavors without it being overwhelming. It was clean inside and seating outside too. People were nice and rainbow sherbet, wild sherbet and cookie dough were all delicious and a single scoop in a cup was enough.

Went into the store today because I ordered a cake, however, there was a mix-up and mistake by me and I ordered the cake to be ready at 9:45 pm instead of 9:45 am. The lady was nice and said she would make it but would take an hour but could accommodate the mixup. I was super appreciative as I had very little time and had to rush to get to the birthday party. I asked her if I could pick a premade cake and pay the difference since I was in a rush and she was able to get me checkout and in my car within 5 minutes of walking into the store (including writing the birthday message on the cake). Was a win win for me. The person who helped me was Rosa.

Sadly after a lifetime of this being my home base 31 flavors, I won't be returning. I paid $8 for a small cookies and cream milkshake to cheer my boyfriend up and treat him after a rough week. He was appreciative but let me know it tasted like milk. He's lactose intolerant so although he loves a milkshake, it wasn't worth the pain for him to drink a glass of milk. Given it's been a holiday weekend, I put it in the freezer to return/exchange at a convenient time. Well today I tried and the manager on duty gave me a hard time and acted like I wanted something for free. No thank you, I wasn't trying to be a bother and the condescending "service recovery" was not appreciated. And at the prices nowadays, I'd rather go to either of their neighbors, The Habit or Chick-Fil-A who charge half the price and make thick shakes.

I won't come here again, we order one scoop on a plain cone and the scoops were so small it looked like kid scoops, I paid $10 for just two ice cream cones, the scoops are getting smaller and smaller. I suggest to support your local mom and pop ice cream shops you will get more for your money.
We go to this store often because it's closer to my grandson's school, staffs there are nice except one woman in middle age, she acts very slow which make customers have to lineup, rude, mean, never smiling. She should not work in this field!

Purchased 2 large cappuccino blasts, 1 lg mint chip shake. $26. The drinks were so watered down, they were hardly sweet. I bought for some co-workers so had to go back to work. I called the number on the receipt which ended up being corprate. Corporate said they would have the store contact me. 3 weeks later the manager blamed me and said i called the wrong number. She couldn't trust me and why did it take me so long. I said i call the number on the receipt provided on the same day of purchase. The owner got mad and said she wouldn't replace or refund bc i said she blamed me, told me she couldn't trust me, i should have come back the same day, and said if I don't like them that maybe this wasn't the store fore me.

Not busy when I visited. First time at this location. Yelped it for the nearest since I was in the area. Store was clean. Greeted right away and Ordered my cappuccino caramel blast. I waited no more than a couple minutes and was on my way.In and out quick since I parked in a 10 minute parking.Inside seating if you choose to enjoy your treat there.
