I love their drinks and food. but it’s ridiculous waiting almost 40 minutes for one drink and two food items. I ordered on DoorDash and the store canceled my order. the payment went thru, the store wasn’t anywhere near closing and it was just canceled with no explanation. when I try to come into the store in person it talks an extremely long time for someone to take my order and for the order to be prepared. only come here if you are willing to wait 30+ minutes to get a drink.

When businesses are super busy, "mistakes" can be made and not everyone can't be pleased 100% rt away w/their different taste buds! Out of the hundreds and hundreds of drinks my family ordered over the years, maybe 1 or 2 were made not to our tastes, but no matter what, their staff was always willing to please and remake perfectly. They are incredible. Why do you try to ruin small businesses b/c of 1 random experience with your negative reviews when they work day-in-and-day-out to bring quality to you? That's so mean-spirited! Beastea has the best boba and best selection in town of snacks in combination. Ms. Joy (the owner) is always super nice and patient and her staff always makes sure we love our drinks. If we don't 100% love, they will remake, but we always love our drinks.
For snacks, especially try their egg rolls, popcorn chicken, & pandan waffles, but everything good there.
For boba drinks, I love everything I've tried, but especially their fruity drinks and milk teas are good b/c they have strong flavor and fresh ingredients. You should ask what sweetness they recommend for each drink!

I’m not usually picky about my milk teas but I ordered an oolong milk tea and what I got was far from it. I’m not sure if they just make their milk teas differently but mine was super heavy (perhaps cream used instead of milk?) and tasted like it had coffee mixed in instead of just milk and tea.
