Just went today and honestly—avoid this place at all costs. The staff was incredibly rude and had this passive-aggressive, sarcastic attitude the whole time. Felt like I was bothering them just by existing.
Ordered a Thai tea and… wow. One sip and I regretted everything. It tasted bitter, weirdly sweet, and almost artificial. I couldn’t finish it—it was that bad.
To make things worse, the shop was stuffy, hot, and had this strange, unpleasant smell lingering in the air. Not a place you want to hang out in, even for a minute.
Between the horrible service, disgusting drink, and gross environment, this was an all-around awful experience. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

The strawberry smoothie here is AMAZING (I get it with rainbow jelly) and super refreshing! The smoothies only come in one size which is super big (shareable) and great for the price. I also really like their calamari, fish balls, and popcorn chicken! Great hangout spot for a snack and drink!

I’ve tried multiple times to order the lotus latte and each time I’m halfway to the location for pick up, my order gets cancelled due to “low supplies”.
The last time I gave this place a chance, I decided to order in person and still no lotus latte.
So I ordered something else and it took over 15 minutes even though I’m the only one in the store. There wasn’t even A/C so it’s stuffy and uncomfortable while waiting.
Definitely not worth the 6-7 mile drive, especially with how traffic packed and pothole ridden the surrounding area is.
There are far better places to get your boba fix.

Always up for looking for coffee especially strong coffee! Found this along the way going home on El Camino Blvd. They are in a small Plaza with a good amount of parking. The store has a few tables to sit at. The ladies behind the counter were busy but friendly.
This is the first time I’ve seen a place that offers drink flights or coffee flights to try their different flavors!! Their coffee is actually Vietnamese coffee which is strong but I love it. We ordered their four flavors - regular Vietnamese coffee, Ube Latte coffee, Pandan Coffee and flan coffee. This came with free scoop of ice cream. These were very good just for my hubby and I. I still want to try their egg coffee but they ran out.
Our daughters ordered strawberry smoothie and matcha mango milk tea. I thought it was very good as well. All drinks are 24oz. Of course, we ordered a pandan waffle to try but that took awhile to get as they were taking care of all the drink orders that came after us. There was only two ladies doing everything. The waffle was soft but thick.
I would definitely recommend this place. I wish they would post the food prices instead of all the drinks only. We will be back to get some snacks and drinks!!

The place was really busy and I understand but the lady was rude. It made not want to come back anymore. I saw a lot of people leaving out of frustration. Sorry but not customer service and horrible experience for me.

I love their drinks and food. but it’s ridiculous waiting almost 40 minutes for one drink and two food items. I ordered on DoorDash and the store canceled my order. the payment went thru, the store wasn’t anywhere near closing and it was just canceled with no explanation. when I try to come into the store in person it talks an extremely long time for someone to take my order and for the order to be prepared. only come here if you are willing to wait 30+ minutes to get a drink.
