Beastea is such a fun spot in Santa Clara! I tried a bunch of drinks and snacks and loved every single one. The Ube Waffle was fluffy and perfectly sweet, and the Beastea Deluxe was super refreshing with its fruity jasmine tea blend. The Lychee Smoothie was light and tropical, while the Egg Coffee was rich and creamy — such a unique drink! My favorite combo was the Ube Matcha Latte (so dreamy 💜💚) and the Ifrit Spicy Mangonada for that sweet, tangy, spicy kick.
For snacks, the Popcorn Chicken was crispy and flavorful, and the Mozzarella Sticks had the best cheesy pull. The menu has something for everyone, and the vibe inside is cozy and perfect for hanging out. Staff was friendly and the service was quick.

I ordered an avocado smoothie with grass jelly for my husband, and he let me know the grass jelly was spoiled and rancid. He’s a chef and knows when food has gone bad and the importance food safety. He drank part of it and ended up feeling sick afterward, which raises serious health and food safety concerns. When I called to report the issue, the staff said they don’t give refunds, hung up on me and said a manager would call back. We called two times but never received a call from the manager. This was extremely disappointing in terms of wasting $10, product safety, and customer service. This was our favorite boba spot nearest our home but we won’t be returning.

I tried their new banh mi and it was amazing! They just launched it a few weeks ago. Fresh out of the kitchen, the bread stays super crispy and is packed with fresh veggies. Highly recommended 💯 Gotta try the other meat versions soon
It takes FOREVER to get a tea! I waited a half an hour for 2 bubble teas. They were good, but the wait time killed the experience for sure!

I went there craving for matcha only to get extremely disappointed. I ordered “Mango Sea something Matcha”, asked for 25% sweet. Took a sip and almost chocked on the amount of matcha they put on my drink. It was super chalky and could literally taste the bitter powder. Ive had premium matcha and ive had bad quality matcha. This was the worst one ive ever tried. It wasnt even matcha at that point. I asked them to remake my drink and they tried putting more water to it. And more sweeteners. Tasted better but still not drinkable. I also asked for cheese creamfoam which was practically invisible lol. Wasted $9 here. 😭 Ps Staff were not rude to me. However they should have just remade my drink and not try to fix it. Will not be going back.

Just went today and honestly—avoid this place at all costs. The staff was incredibly rude and had this passive-aggressive, sarcastic attitude the whole time. Felt like I was bothering them just by existing.
Ordered a Thai tea and… wow. One sip and I regretted everything. It tasted bitter, weirdly sweet, and almost artificial. I couldn’t finish it—it was that bad.
To make things worse, the shop was stuffy, hot, and had this strange, unpleasant smell lingering in the air. Not a place you want to hang out in, even for a minute.
Between the horrible service, disgusting drink, and gross environment, this was an all-around awful experience. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
