I was promised a big mug. I was, instead, given a small cup of what appears to be a brown bitter liquid. They say it's coffee. I, as an American, have only ever drank the coffee that my wife makes, made out of fresh rat extract. Whatever this is, is not the real deal

nice coffee shop atmosphere! but they NEED to change their current wifi password, it literally feels illegal to type something hyping up the Seahawks as a bay area native? 😭😭

Just wanted to say that all I did was buy beans, but holy cow this place was absolutely packed. There were people FILLING UP ALL SEATS, a LINE TO THE DOOR and there were ONLY TWO BARISTAS working that whole store.

We stood at the register just watching these two girls work and they looked worried, but also very locked in on what they were doing. One of the baristas saw us waiting, which I was surprised because we were mixed in with the kiosk line.

If there was anything I was impressed with, it's the positive attitude the girl that helped us at the cashier had with the chaos. She was literally sweating while working. Not sure if someone called out, they are understaffed or what, but those girls were killing it. I felt bad, but I can understand why these guys are popular. Management, if you're reading this, don't lose these girls, good service makes a business.

This place gets crowded but the coffee is good and so is the avocado toast

for a place called big mug coffee, the large $6 drip is quite overpriced. 14 oz starbucks mug for reference. (the large was 16 oz). atmosphere and space is great and you’d think they’d have better coffee prices for working. i did not try the food this time and i suspect it’s good. this review is only in reference to the overpriced, undersized drip.

Kinda grimy indoors, food and coffee is ok. Not great not bad. Seating is uncomfortable, they don't want you staying back for long. Also horrible taste in music
