was really excited to try this place, but was kind of disappointed. spent almost $10 for the coffee bc they charge $1.50 for oat milk and .50 if you want it iced. tried the tiramisu latte and it was pretty average wasn’t really worth it for me

Great mocha latte!
Only one issue: The staff is generally courteous and friendly, but they don’t call out names loud enough. As a result, orders often sit on the counter, cooling down, because customers can’t hear over the noise in the café.

Order: cappuccino, flat white, eclair
Espresso flavour - tastes like cheap coffee mix
Milk frothing - way overly frothed
Eclair - tastes like bough from gas station, overly frozen which ruined the taste of the cream and chocolate glazing
Price - so many options near by much better priced and much better coffee.

We ordered Tiramisu Latte and Hazelnut Latte. Both were too big and too sweet, even though we selected the low sweetness level. As someone who does not like sweet coffee, this was not for me. The vibe felt a little dead, everyone was just working. Parking was super hard. Overall not worth it.

It was far too crowded for my liking. I went on a weekend, and the place was packed. I am somebody who likes to sit down and enjoy my coffee, and there was absolutely no space to sit down for about half an hour. Managed to get a seat afterwards. I mean, that also means that this place is popular, but I think I tend to enjoy a more quiet and quaint environment. The coffee menu was large, but unfortunately, I chose a specialty coffee with cinnamon, which wasn’t good. There was way too much cinnamon in it, which threw me off. On the positive note, the bar stars were super sweet, and they did a good job bringing out orders quickly.

went o here to grab a coffee with my friend! they charge an absurd $1.25 FOR OAT MILK!! also got a brown sugar latte ($5.25) togo and he made it into a normal cup and was like “whoops my bad” and poured it into a cup (which was barely 3/4 full). latte was too sweet + not hot (and i asked for extra hot — like it was an option…). the ambiance was like a work cafe and looked cute. idk if id recommend or go again for good coffee

My visit to Big mug was truly enjoyable. The café exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal spot to unwind, get some work done, or catch up with friends. With its beautifully designed interior, cozy seating, and charming ambiance, it’s the kind of place where you can easily lose track of time.
The coffee was outstanding—rich, aromatic, and expertly brewed. Their pastries and snacks were equally delightful, which was fresh, flavorful, and a perfect complement to my drink.

They give me a cup that is really dirty and it’s broken and when I informed them they just said okay we will tell the manager but they didn’t do anything because I ordered again another day they gave me some more cups that it is really chopped. And as you see, it’s really dangerous because it scratch my lips.

If you think it is acceptable to wait for 40 mins for a bagel then you will enjoy this place, because coffee is good.

crowded busy, you have to order on a kisok, little to no seating on busy days. Very messy and stuffy, parking is a nightmare. Tiramisu latte was like $10 for a small and an extra like $2 charge for sub almond milk.

I ordered a hazelnut latte and a cappuccino and specifically requested both to be extra hot. However, when I mentioned to the barista, an Asian American lady, that the hazelnut latte wasn’t extra hot, her response was rude. She claimed there was nothing she could do and suggested it might have cooled down by the time I picked it up, even though I collected it in less than 10 seconds. When I asked to speak to a manager, she stated that there was no one else available, and it was just her. Her dismissive attitude and lack of effort to resolve the issue were very disappointing. While the coffee is good, this kind of customer service is unacceptable. I urge the owners to address this by hiring polite staff and ensuring there are enough employees to handle the workload so customers don’t bear the brunt of their frustration.
