I can only speak to the quality of their food, attending a fundraising event at their venue. DELIGHTFUL!!! I enjoyed their garlic noodles, brown rice with mushroom, rib eye steak, baked salmon, mango salad, seasoned roasted veggies, fried chicken wings, fruit punch, fruit skewers-- everything was yummm!!! I considered them for my baby shower but can't quite afford $45/plate for the amount of folks who've already RSVP'd. If I could, I would because it's totally worth every bite.

I have so much love for BLOOM catering, their organizers, and their mission. We booked with them for our wedding, and they were more than willing to work with our vision, budget, and timeline. Dinner was definitely the hit of our reception.. our family and guests could not stop raving about the food! I wish I took pictures of everything before they were all gone!We did family style catering with Vietnamese/Asian fusion food: fruit and cheese skewers, baked stuffed Cornish hen, honey miso glazed salmon, garlic noodles, and mixed grilled vegetables. Not only was their presentation beautiful, but the food itself was tasty, fresh, and plentiful. What I love most about their approach to food is ensuring that all guests received an inclusive meal experience even if they have dietary restrictions - they were able to make alternative yet similar versions for our guests with gluten, dairy, shellfish, and nuts allergies. We will definitely be donating to their cause in support of orphanages in Vietnam and Cambodia, and we will definitely book with them again for future events. Thank you Benjamin and BLOOM for an amazing dining experience from the planning stages to the sampling of food menus to the actual big day! We couldn't have asked for anything more!
