Blue Bottle Coffee

It was only after I’d ordered and paid for my coffee that the staff informed me I was getting instant coffee - for nearly $8 !! Tasted awful also.

This specific Blue Bottle location doesn't have the full set of coffee equipments. No espresso machine, no real pour over coffee. All coffee are made from their instant coffee.

If I could give it 0 I would. Do not come here unless you want instant coffee that you can make at home and deal with horrible customer service. I don’t know who was the smart one that woke up one day and decided to choose to not include almond milk. I love blue bottle but your better off going across the street to Santana row.

Friendly staff providing great service. The sitting area is great for small and larger parties. However the coffee was okay but the mixed in flavors to the coffee were good.

This is not a real Blue Bottle coffee shop. It's some new pop-up concept they're doing to sell reconstituted (and pretty bad) instant coffee for 8 dollars a cup with minimal options (but still sky high prices for some reason). If you're going to deliver a subpar product, please don't charge premium prices for it.

I feel genuinely betrayed by a brand I once trusted implicitly and always expected quality from. This was dramatically worse than a Starbucks, which leaves me completely shocked that Blue Bottle of all people would put their logo on such a poorly thought out and executed concept. That logo no longer means quality like it once unequivocally did.

Instant coffee with steamed milk by an auto machine. Ok but not as good as high quality hand crafted coffee.

I tried their iced Nola and caffeine latte. Honestly the coffee was ok and not that great. They don’t have appropriate coffee equipment and use pre made espresso for their coffee. The flavor was good but not the best coffee I’ve tasted.

Lol, I always knew Blue Bottle was more focused on design and profit than coffee….they don’t even serve real coffee here, I guess it would slow down the money pump. They add water or milk or almond milk to reconstituted coffee concentrate like Folgers or Sanka.

I went to Blue Bottle coffee and it is so incredibly overpriced. Charging this much for INSTANT COFFEE is a ripoff. Don't spend your money on this; instead go to any of the other coffee shops at the mall.

Horrible staff with horrible attitude, will never go to a blue bottle cafe again, girl with lots of earrings and pink hair or brown and the boy at shift with her didn’t even mind their business, i was just trying to order they had no business acting this mean. it takes genuine energy to be this mean and i do not understand why they behaved this way.

Yummy in my tummy! Love their iced Nola and Lavander yuzu latte! The best in the mall AND SUPER QUICK!!!!
