B&B is located inside the lobby of Santa Clara Marriott. I stayed here to attend a conference nearby and didn't feel like heading out so decided to try the lobby bar & grill.
I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was good. Prices were okay and food was pretty good also.

To Marriott: I was recently a guest at the Santa Clara Marriott and I came across a few issues. My issues weren’t clearly addressed and I wanted to inform you about my unpleasant stay last week. Here were my issues: As a Marriott Bonvoy member I expected way more from my last trip to the Marriott Santa Clara on September 19th through September 22nd, 2023. To start off when we arrived, my wife and I noticed there was a sign that said that they were testing fire alarms between 9 am until 4 pm. So that evening around 11 pmthe fire alarms went off on the first floor where we were staying. I heard other guests complaining to security about this disruption. The alarms kept going off from 11 pm until just before midnight. This disrupted our sleep. Secondly, the hotel was hosting some kind of seminar. So at 7 am on Wednesday, September 20th we were awakened by people in the hallway just talking and standing around. They then started their meetings at 8 am in hotel rooms directly across from us. The doors were latched open and it was loud all day. You could hear the door slamming against the latches all day. The same exact thing happened the next morning on Thursday the 21st. We were awakened again at 7 am. I also requested though the Marriott Bonvoy application more blankets for my room on the first floor. This was never taken care of. For myself and my wife staying at the Marriott and being Bonvoy members and spending over $1700 for three nights, this was very disappointing. I have tried to contact the Marriott to tell them about my stay and have yet to receive any response from the Marriott.
The food es ordinary.

I hope everyone is lucky enough to have Paris serve you. He is attentive and pleasant. The perfect bartender for a hotel bar!

We did not stay to eat. This is a lobby bar, not a restaurant.
Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and quiet with nice balconies

Located inside the Marriottthe staff is very pleasant & patient but quick to take care of you. Great surprise after a long day of traveling. Shrimp scampi 10/10
During my recent stay at the Santa Clara Marriott I decided to try Bosc & Bartlett, which is the lobby restaurant/bar. The M Club didn't have anything other than bags of chips and Parcel 104 is permanently closed. The restaurant was just OK. I had the caesar salad and a burger. The ceasar was not tossed which is frustrating to me. The burger was dry and the bacon was very hard (I'm sure it was sitting in a hot pan all day). Not really worth the $50.
