Food is not the same, service is not the same. Been coming here for years and it has always been one of my family's favorites. The food was just warm and tastes like a frozen meal from the store. Also, only accepting cash payments for some reason? The cost has gone way up there and quality is just bad now.

They no longer serve ribs, brisket and my favorite creamed spinach. Boston Market was one of my GO TO on a busy weekday. I'm disappointed.

I have loved this restaurant since I first visited the first Boston Market located at Mountain View. Food has always been delicious... sadly, there are lots of unavailable items on their menu!

Boston Market really went downhill. After 20 yrs this last visit will be my last. Food quality is rock bottom. 3pc Dark chicken was super dry, tasteless, salt mashed potatoes, and just overall nasty. Didn't even feel like eating after a few bites. Boston market. Never again.

It's been over 13 years since I last reviewed this Boston Market location. At least a decade had past before I came here again, I'm guessing 3-4X over the past few months. One thing I did find new and interesting is there was a rotisserie chicken with a Parmesan sauce and rosemary seasoning.. I thought it was quite delicious and added a zest to the chicken. On my first couple visits, this item was available, but looks like it was removed from the menu. A couple of those new items were for a limited time, unfortunately.Along with the usual white/dark rotisserie chicken, I noticed many of the same sides from years back: Mashed potato/gravy, stuffing, corn, vegetables, mac cheese, corn bread, desserts, etc They also had turkey, ribs, and brought back the meatloaf. Desserts were chocolate cake, pies, cookies, etc. Most of what they have now is the same from years ago, with some minor changes or additions. What I did notice was that some of the sides seemed a bit more "bland" or lacking in flavor/robustness as i recall from years back, 2010 and earlier. I was told by one of the associates that Boston Market changed suppliers in the years since. This resulted in changes for many of the menu items. For example, the mashed potato consistency and flavor is much like dehydrated product. The gravy is watered down, not having the thick, rich texture that has substance. It's more runny, lacking flavor. Another notable change was the bland flavor of the stuffing. It did not have the seasoned taste, and was more like plain breaded croutons which were soft and moist.Overall the chicken was ok, but didn't seem quite as tender/moist/meaty as it used to be.I suspect BM had been adjusting things over the years in an effort to cut costs. Subtle changes to ingredients, or preparation. Many customers may not notice, but others will. Possibly changes to align with nutritional requirements; trans fats, sodium, sugar, etc.I can only guess. Although BM is "OK", for the price paid, it needs add-ons to "spice things up" a notch or two. The test kitchens at Boston Market need to come up with something new that won't put taste buds to sleep.

Boston Market has changed. We spent 34 dollars for food that was not edible. The chicken dry, sweet potatoes watery and vegetables from the can. Don't waste your money. The food was also cold. What a disappointment. The name said Boston Market but the food surely was not. They need to just close!

We ordered two quarts of chicken noodle soup. It was terrible. The small amount of onion, carrot, etc. that were present was chopped into teeny-weeny pieces and were raw, as in not cooked. Also, unlike in the past, there were few noodles. What happened here? Their soup used to be good, but no longer. The chicken pot pie wasn't great; it looked like a deflated soufflé. We paid an inflationary price for awful food.

Their website says they close at 10~ but when you get there, there is a sign taped to the door stating that their dining room closes at 8 and to use the drive through. Not cool when we want to go sit and eat at 8:30.

It's always closed when I try to go there and there are never any cars. Pretty sure it's gone forever.

Terrible service. Out of over half the menu. Could barely understand anything I was asking. Some of the food seemed cold and not fresh. Restaurant fairly clean but very old. Out of almost all the drinks. Our only choices were tea and sprite. Out of glasses and had to use small dixie cups which held two or three sips of drinks. I do not recommend trying this place. Very disappointed.

I ordered Meatloat this afternoon and I took out spinach and vegetable stuffing as a side menu and ate it 15 minutes later, but everything was bad except for the cornbread. Damn. The food was spoiled.

They need to check the bathroom more often. Cleanliness in a restaurant is everything! Also they don’t have Prime Rib anymore.
