I have had their clam chowder soup in SF several times, and it is good. Then I started getting them from costco, thinking that they were the same, because both are labelled as clam chowder, and there is no special notes on the package of the soups they sell at costco. It turns out, the one they sell at costco contains bacon in it. Its only in the fine print in the ingredients section on the back. If you are someone that doesn't consume bacon, buyer be ware! Their soup from costco is not the same as the one from the store. Moreover, their packaged soup in the store also does NOT contain bacon. So they have multiple products, all called clam chowder, but you need to read the entire ingredient list for each one to know what you are getting! I have found that to be very misleading!

We are having pasta for dinner, so stopped by and purchased a loaf of Boudin's tasty sourdough bread. We will make garlic bread, Service is good.

This location is within the Westfield Valley Fair Mall. I went there to purchase some Sourdough Long bread. Bread was good. Service was just OK. Cashier didn't seem happy to be there and wasn't welcoming. We all have bad days I guess.

Yes, Emma had a 5-star rating. She was there and assisted me in a friendly manner. The greeting was prompt and assistance was seamless. She was smiling and quite enthusiastic. It had one point deduction because there were some smudges on the counter and a small amount of trash around the area. Will be coming back because of their bread and Emma.

This is long overdue but I had to throw away my whole clam chowder soup because it was just awful. Didn't even taste like a clam chowder should taste. Almost threw up and couldn't even continue eating it, so I just ended up throwing it all away. That's how bad it was.

I ejoyed their Spring Mix Salad at Boudins. It is the food court area at Westfield Mall. Service is good. They also sell very tasty bread.

I have been wanting to try Boudin Bakery & Caffe for a while. This location is in the mall food court and is a great option for food court food. I got the clam chowder in a bread bowl, not really a healthy meal, but just what I was craving at the time! Known for their sourdough bread, the sourdough bread bowl was great and freshly made. The clam chowder had good clam flavor, but I was a bit disappointed that there was not much actual clam in the soup, mostly potato. Might just be the serving of soup I got. Overall delicious and would return.
