Terrible quality and staffs have an attitude. Carrots 🥕 is hard like rocks, and half of the wings are dried, mostly bone.

I came in to pick up a DoorDash order and had one of the worst customer service experiences. While waiting, I asked to use the restroom and was told by a worker named Danielle that the bathroom wasn’t working. A few minutes later, after she asked for my DoorDash order name again, she suddenly decided to open the restroom door but then told me not to make a mess in the restroom.

I found this incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, and unnecessary. As a paying customer (directly or through delivery), I expect to be treated with basic courtesy. Instead, I was made to feel unwelcome and judged. Buffalo Wild Wings really needs to train their staff better on customer service.

This location and honestly the menu selection is such a waste of money for the value of what you get. The sandwiches and wraps don’t come with sides. The extra $5 you pay for fries is tiny. The portions have gotten smaller and smaller over the past few years while the cost of the food has gone up. This is so overpriced. At this point, you might as well get food from a real restaurant lol that’s not fast casual.

They also forgot my sauce…there’s no point to this order without the sauce lol.

food was awful, cold, and way over seasoned, fries were stale, and the sauce spilled in the bag. the service was awful and delivered to the wrong house entirely and cost us a delivery fee for nothing cause we had to go 20 minutes out of our way anyways. there’s NO customer support or service at all, you can’t even call this place or contact them online because they know how bad there food is. three words STICK. TO. WINGSTOP.

I ordered wings with mild sauce. When I got home to eat, I was surprised that they barely had any sauce in it not the best likely not returning to this location.

I have been here for over five times since they opened and I really like the quality of food and service. I tried the wings, burger, and Chicken sandwich but mostly bone in wings and fries. The chicken sandwich is amazing and beats other fries chicken sandwich places in flavor. Their application works great. Sometimes there are delays but I found the estimate you get on the application to be accurate. I feel that this place is managed well and hope it stays this way.

I was looking Forward to chowing down on some beans. I went to call to ask for beans and they hung up on me! Terrible service AND no beans. I am just utterly distraught…
