Hamburgers aren't bad, and they offer gluten free burgers, but you can't trust them. I've eaten there, I ordered gluten free and had no problems. Other times I've eaten there, I ordered gluten free and gotten sick as a dog. It depends on whether you feel like tossing the dice, for me it's just not worth it

They are closed now. The new restaurant coming is called The Roasted Crab. They have signs out front. Hopefully people who bought the groupons get refunds

Delicious food, good sized portions, and excellent service makes this one of my favorite lunch time choices. Great choice for vegetarians ??Sad to see that it looks like they are closing? Saw signs for a new restaurant that is hiring? ?

Rest in peace… Best burger and beers joint around. Sorry to see it go.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING CLOSING AT 8PM ON A FRIDAY? You are the single best restaurant/bar at this location. It's Friday! People get out of work and go see movies after 8! Literally every other place in this strip mall is open after you close, soaking up business they don't deserve (see my other review from the same night we learned you close at 8pm on Fridays).

Came by yesterday and the place was closed. Looked inside from the window and the place looked cluttered. There was also a "Change of Ownership" sign taped to the window. On Google it says they are still open. They are still selling Groupons too. Tried calling this morning and the number is disconnected. Looks like they're out of business? Don't waste your time.

Their chicken items are halal. Portion sizes are large. Service ok. Recommend the crispy chicken burger and wings. Enough for two hungry people. Their regular fries are also really good. Not a fan of the spicy garlic sauce - too salty.

Came by the last two days and was closed at 5 PM, first day there was people in it but did not respond to me out the locked door, second day no one was in and a lot of things were moved around. Business closed?

// Chicken The grilled chicken sandwich looked promising on the menu. The avocado was fresh and chipotle aioli was nice. You couldn't taste the Swiss, and most importantly, the chicken was dryish. // Burger Angus beef was ok. They honored the customizations (love those fresh avocados!), and the patty was juicy. There was a ton, like a ton, of lettuce, not to the point where it was bad, but it didn't add. // Spanish Beef Burger I'd come back for this spicy dish. Habanero aioli and grilled jalapeños. Yes my mouth is watering again as I tap this in. Unique and yum. // Fries and Shakes Thick cut and lightly seasoned. Almost as good as five guys. Solid shake. Better than in and out. We got Oreo and also the vanilla, both pretty good, though kind of pricey. // Groupon and value Used the $40 Groupon. Had to call in the order. Be careful, as of this writing we couldn't order the family box with this Groupon, so I had to call back while I rechecked the menu. Don't you just love the fine print? I was generally happy with this place, especially with the Groupon. But with so many players in the better burger category, it might be a while til we rotate back here.

Edit: Seems like this place has closed The food is decent. Price is ok. But they are frequently out of items that are really weird to be out of. The first time I went, they couldn't make their BBQ sauce burger with onion rings (??) and the second time they didn't have chicken wings. Kind of a bummer

This is my second time here. I ordered the Buffalo wings (Buffalo sauce) and the grilled chicken sandwich. So if you don't want the bun or lettuce wrap they won't sell you the patty and condiments in a bowl/box. Super weird, he did try to be helpful and get me a "deal" by suggesting making things into a combo- however being on a super strict low carb diet I'd throw the potato wedges away- but thanked him anyway. If you get the Groupon, know you can only do 12 wings, the rest must be something else, certainly no biggy. The wings are good size, and they certainly don't skimp on the sauce. In all they probably are used to dealing with college students, and we know how creative they can be- so this is probably why they have such unique rules. The food isn't bad if you can get through that part.

Similar experience as others, customer service is pretty bad, even with takeout. Food is also below expectations. Ordered a regular burger, the Trio mini burgers, and fries. Burgers are flavorless and salty. This particular Burger IM also seems worse than other locations. Overall, much much better burgers in the area, including chains like Super Duper, In N out, Habit, Counter, etc. So in the burger rankings this is probably at the bottom.

We got a Groupon and decided to try this place. Now I see why they are doing the Groupons. The food was just ok... The service was not so great. We ordered the Hawaiian, Lamb and the Angus burger with fries and onion rings. The Lamb burger tasted like beef... I couldn't tell the difference between this and my son's angus burger. The Hawaiian was good but my wife came home not feeling well. We are not sure if this was due to food poisoning or not but we will never go back again. Honestly the best thing was the fries and onion rings. The drinks came in cans. When I asked for cups with ice, I was told they don't have it. There was a fountain drink machine to the left side of the cashier but he told me that it's not working. No napkins were available in the restaurant. We seated at the table outside but I had to wait in line for napkins to clean off our table. Honestly felt that the price of the burgers meals $14 to $15 was too much for the quality of the food. With the Groupon, 2 meals plus one Hawaiian ala cart burger the tab came out to $38.00. The soda cans cheapened the experience. Try Super Duper instead! You will love this place! Leaving the place, we noticed that there was an In & Out at the other side of the shopping plaza. That would have been the wise choice.
