The drinks are pretty average—about what you’d expect from most places. My main issue is the lack of consistency. I order the same drink with the same level of sweetness every time, yet it often tastes different depending on who makes it. Service has also been hit or miss over the years. The atmosphere is fine, but overall it feels more like a takeout spot than a place to hang out.

Drinks are average, as good as any other place. Problem I have is the lack of consistency, I get the same drink 50 sweet everytime but it tastes different spending on the person. Service has been hit or miss over the years. Atmosphere is fine but I consider it more of take out spot based on vibes.

I recently visited CAFFE:iN – Santa Clara and had a really good experience. I ordered the popcorn chicken and a matcha latte, and both were great. The popcorn chicken was crispy and flavorful, and the matcha latte had a nice balanced taste without being too sweet.
The cafe has a clean, cozy atmosphere and the staff were friendly and quick. It’s a comfortable spot to relax, grab a drink, or hang out for a bit. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and would definitely come back to try more items.

Just don’t order the calamari tho
My nephew and I stopped by after visiting SCU yesterday. It was a perfect day to get boba so we came here
Prices are similar to any boba place but the owner or workers here were super nice.
We ordered gyoza, taro milk tea, and brown sugar milk tea. We didn't know the drinks already came with a boba and my nephew added boba to his drink thinking it didn't have it. The worker or maybe the owner, just super sized my nephew's drink.
We were happy they did that.
I like honesty and that was much appreciated.
Will definitely come again since i work nearby.

I get what they're going for with the look, but the layout of stuff and especially how unclean a lot of surfaces were was really offputting. Needs a deep clean. Menu looks cool though.

$8 for a cup of tasteless and powder clump everywhere matcha latte. Trashed right away

The drinks always are pretty good … don’t reduce sweetness too much as 100% is still not overt sweet.
Good value for drinks.
I only order DoorDash usually.
HOWEVER, the fish balls portion is crazy small for almost 10$. The container it comes in is filled about 1/4 of the way with a nice Malaysian curry sauce but TINY balls (pause). Would not recommend this at all .

Pretty nice little boba shop with good desserts! The boba lava toast is really yummy! We also got a winter melon black tea. Their crepes are really big! Takoyaki balls are okay.
