Before that sign they had a sign that it opens at two. And I came back at two then this new sign is posted is the only Capital One near San Jose besides San Francisco

Yesterday, during the Black Friday mall shooting, my family and I fled in chaos — leaving behind my backpack with my laptop and all my work at the Capital One Café.
When I returned today, the staff had carefully saved everything in sealed bags, waiting for us. Their kindness in the middle of fear reminded me that good people still exist.
In a dark moment, they restored my faith in humanity.
Grateful — and proud — to be a Capital One customer and consumer.

I had a surprisingly great banking experience here. Veronica was incredibly friendly and made the account opening process silky smooth. She even shared the bank's philosophy: they designed the branch like a café to make banking feel less intimidating, which is such a wonderful concept.
And as a bonus, the vanilla oat latte was delicious! Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service and terrible coffee. Walked up to place an order with someone who very clearly wanted to be anywhere but at their job. I greeted her with a smile and asked how she was doing. Nothing. Proceeded to place an order for two drinks. And despite the zombie-like interaction, even left a tip. Then we waited for our two drinks - watching as people who ordered after us walked away with their drinks. When I asked if they had our order, she replied “We’re making whipped cream.” Huh? Eventually we got our lukewarm and mediocre drinks and saw they had over-poured one of the drinks, making it impossible to actually place the lid on it. When I asked for a larger cup, pointing out the issue, I got blank stares. And then was told they don’t have bigger cups. Overall, this place was a terrible experience and overpriced.

Came to this cafe multiple time and feel like the cafe is constantly understaff. The maximum workers I see are two. They constantly have a lot of people ordering and waiting for their order. Wait time can be up to 15-20 mins. Coffee is okay but staff is overworked and sometimes just have a face like “another customer” unfortunately.

I have to hand it to this Capital One Café. The barista has truly mastered the art of making customers feel unwelcome. No greeting, no smile, just the perfect mix of boredom and disdain. The only “thank you” in the entire interaction came from me. He didn’t even flinch, just turned and said “Next” to the person behind me. This level of customer service deserves to be studied in textbooks on how to drive customers away with elegance. C1 sure knows how to pick their staff.

Came in for banking support and Lupe assisted. She helped me open an account and was thorough, helpful, kind and patient. The entire staff was really nice. Cap one has a great hysa and cd rates. Highly recommend. I didnt get to try their beverages and foods but was offered vouchers for being a new cap one customer. Lines are always long even on quiet mall days so they must be doing something right re the cafe.

15 minute wait for one item. Still never got it and cashier couldn't tell me when it would be ready. Got a refund and won't be coming back

I’ve been coming here lately for their coffee and it’s pretty good for the price. The ambiance is nice relaxing, clean, and a great spot to work or just hang out. Plus, the perks for Capital One cardholders are amazing! Definitely a great value and experience overall.

Stopped in to take care of a Capital One Credit Card issue on my Dad's account. Millie helped me - she was so very kind and patient!
She connected me with credit card services and stayed with me as the issues were resolved over the phone.
