the nigiri here is amazing!! The size of sushi pieces were perfect. Minimum use of sauce and the taste was fine. However, they all look the same, taste the same, and the fish topping was less than desirable. Although we ordered 6 rolls, we finished all of them by the two of us. The wasabi was in sachets which was first for us. Order was ready on time and you pick it up from the food lockers.
Chef Lang Sushi is our favorite sushi takeaway in South Bay, the fish quality is very fresh, Special Omakase nigiri needs to be ordered in advance on the website, our Omakase sushi has Japanese seasonal fish, Otoro, Hokkaido uni, caviar, black truffle The combination is simply perfect. The sea urchin is very fresh and sweet, highly recommended, thank you chef!
