This morning I came to the Chick-fil-A to pick up my pick up order upon arriving to the drive-through. I waited for someone to speak. No one spoke so I pulled around when I got to the window. Fernando told me if I forgot to stop at the drive-thru window. I let him know when I stopped at the window no one said anything so I pulled around. He had a nasty attitude with me. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this one.

Went through the drive through this evening, ordered my meal and asked if the payment could be split and was told to check at the window. When I reached the window the manager was extremely rude and told me that was not possible and told me I was holding up the line. After being polite and telling him I would gladly wait on the side or even go inside to pay for the order to be split by items he said in Spanish that I had no money to his coworkers as if I didn’t understand him. I wanted to use my cooperate Amex for my meal stipend for work to make a partial payment they only cover a certain amount, I had the money. Edgar (the manager) was so disgustingly rude and should not be working in customer service I am not only offended but will never be returning to this location. He should be fired honestly chic fil a can do so much better. Edgar try to be a better human to paying customers or leave the industry.

A solid Chick-fil-A location. Service is always super friendly and food is consistent Chick-fil-A experience. There's also a small playground for kids! Parking can get full during peak times though, and there aren't a lot of great nearby alternative places to park.

DoorDash delivery driver here- terrible experience for my first time dashing in this city after I recently moved. One of the lady there, (apologies the one with severe hair loss)not sure if a manager or not had a terrible attitude towards the door dashers- who mostly don’t speak English. She shouted several times on a demeaning tone, and then approached one customer or dasher screaming to his face to “pay attention” I addressed her saying that there was no need to be rude. She was somewhat shocked that someone dares telling her something, she then proceeds to go back to the kitchen asking me if I’m also a DoorDash, and proceeds to tell in Spanish to her colleague that “La voy a cancelar”, that she will “cancel” me, to not receive orders from chick fil a anymore. I will be contacting chick fil a’s superiors to get that unfair ban removed. Lady, treat people with respect. You do not not people’s story.
