Parking small and crowded. If you order Cobb salad make sure all ingredients are in place because sometimes boiling eggs are missing.

They need someone better at the drive thru to take orders. I can't understand the order taker (ESL). I ordered a chicken egg and cheese biscuit and got a sausage instead. During rush hour you don't have time to check the order or redo it. Also why can't the order screen show your orders like the McDonald's order screen. Seriously, I come to Chik fil a to get chicken not sausage.

Fast service, good food and clean pleasant atmosphere.
Had a mobile order today, got in the drive thru line. There were no other cars. I waited a minute or two. Another car pulled into the second drive thru line. Rosa took the order of the other car first… even though I had been waiting… terrible customer service.
Also, regarding the food and portions. This chick fil a location makes the SMALLEST burritos. It’s almost a joke how tiny they are

What's wrong with Chick Fil A. I ordered a spicy deluxe sandwich and it was soggy and just lacked the taste. There was no crunch and the Fries were over cooked. They have also become stingy on sauce. There are better chicken sandwiches out there like the Dave's Hot chicken or the Shake shack. Not going back again.
