Chipotle Mexican Grill

I never left a review before I’m a Dental hygienist Who came to chipotle on my lunch break. I was a little shock by how poorly maintained this establishment was as. Unfortunately I was served all the old food was scraped into my bowl as I got the last of everything that was available. Over all not we’ll keep place. I went to use the restroom and it was a very very unsanitary I don’t want to expose more in detail. No tissue paper never been to a chipotle like this is not a chipotle Standard what I seen today. I hope the owner will work with his staff on this matter because I am a local a love chipotle.

Never going back, the bowl got smaller but the lids are the same size. There's a promotion on the app because you usually get more in store... not anymore it seems. Also it seems like the entire team hates each other rofl.

I was at this Chipotle store in Santa Clara and the store is very dirty and the tables have trash and are very dirty. I think you guys should pay more attention to the quality of service.

The rice was so undercooked that it was a bit hard. It's a shame.
I hope it gets better next time I visit.

Bottom of the barrel food left in bins. Was charged incorrectly. Dirty tables. Disappointing.

Bad attitude. Low portions. Can’t wait for the robots to replace them all

I ordered a bowl with double meat, they served me as if it were single and they charged me as if it were triple, $25 without drinks or sides! The worst service in the entire bay area. For this price they serve you a banquet in any taqueria, with drinks, companions and much more delicious.

I been there yesterday i ordered regular chicken bowl seems their employee dnt pay attention
i notice he charging me $ 15.71 as double chiken instead of fixing my ordered Vincent lied front of manager i told him seriously now u will put ur mistake on ur customer nd guys this is nt first time hppn i always ignored the bad service from him Vincent is rude nd Arrogant guy he’s crazy guy the all others employees gud

By far the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I always give it another chance but today was my last straw. Do not come to this chipotle. They are dirty (cross contamination), give the least amount of protein possible, and have extremely bad attitude. Something is always out here as well. List goes on.

I used to go ,but now I don't now what is hapenning the portión are very poor,and the new person working there are no very kind,

They don't have system to charge poor service i have to way 25 min.

Waited there for an hour to get my to go order. They were servicing people that was ordering after me. Very slow work, they don’t care whether you are there and asking your order again

Of all the chipotles I have been to, I rate this one the lowest based on a few reasons.

I Came into order a veggie bowl/ sofritas as they were just about out of Sofritas and did not offer for a fresh new batch, but just gave me a very small portion that was left over.

The person making the bowl seem to be in a rush and was not patient listening to the customer. The portions were minimal and
Once I got to the cashier I was charged full price as I asked about not charging for the Sofritas because it was a very small portion, and I was not even offered a fresh new batch.

They said whether it’s a small portion or any portion, full price is still charged.

As a customer, this is something that I do not agree with as I will definitely not be returning to this location and I do not recommend at all.
