Bad even for a chipotle. Nothing was cooked properly. Gross

Terrible service, unprofessional staff. Super small portions, when asked for more lettuce (since it was so little) the staff just responded rudely. Do not come here, there are other locations.

Rice was horrible, its like they seasoned it will too much salt and lime. It was not edible at all. Quality of the rice was also too sticky and slimy. I was really disappointed.

I had previously reviewed this location well, but over several recent encounters, I no longer feel positive towards it. In the past, it felt inevitable that at at least one major ingredient would be out. Now they are withholding standard kids meal options. Considering my kid was the only thing keeping me coming here, this was the final straw.

On November 7, 2025, I received an email indicating a free small guac (if purchasing 5 USD). I logged into the website but did not see the reward. On November 12, 2025, I went into the store where I made my earlier purchase and spoke with GM Jasmine A. She was unfriendly, seemed unfamiliar with the promotion, and was unwilling to scan my Rewards account to see if the offer was in my account.

I had the worst experience at the Chipotle in Santa Clara near Target. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. The way they treated customers was dismissive, and it felt like they were rushing people through instead of actually providing decent service.

When it came to preparing my meal, it was even worse. Portions of meat and salad were noticeably under-sized, like they were trying to skimp on every ingredient for the chicken was less than half scoop. The bowl looked half-empty compared to other Chipotle locations I’ve been to. For the price, it’s unacceptable to get such small portions with such poor service.

Overall, I left disappointed and frustrated. I don’t recommend this location at all. If I can give zero will do
