Great food but sometimes my dasher ends up waiting there for 15 minutes or more for the order to be finished.

I love chipotle but I highly recommend choosing other locations. I have had multiple incidents with things being inside the food (aluminum, bone, some dried out stiff wire-like material).

No frills fast food. Order, choose your ingredients, pay and you're done. eat there or to go. I like their vegan option

Been to this location a few times and it has always been a disappointment. They’re always out of something or other. Waited 20 mins for them to restock the chicken and they still skimped on the portion, gave me half scoop chicken, half scoop guac (which is an add on side that they charge $3 for) and literally 5 strands of cheese. When asked for more, the attitude I got was as if I was a free-loader even though I paid $16 for a bowl half-full.

Currently waiting and watching while 4 people are behind the bar and there is a line of folks waiting to be served. I will say the one person in the back is cleaning but they only have 1 server. Is this normal for all Chipotle's to only have one person making the order while the person on the register sits and watches? I actually feel bad.... The cashier is sitting on here phone while the line continues to grow. And they didn't have any chicken or queso...

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but my recent visit was frustrating. The portion sizes were shockingly small — barely half a spoon of each item, which felt like I was being rationed rather than served a meal I paid for. When I politely asked about it, the staff responded with dismissive attitudes and made me feel like I was the problem for expecting a standard portion.
Customer service was honestly a joke. No effort to listen or correct the issue — just eye-rolls and poor attitude. For a brand that prides itself on customer experience, this was a major letdown. Definitely rethinking my next visit.

The worst bowl ever and only 1/2 full. I could not recognize the meat. Last week I called in a pick-up order and paid and when my husband went to pick it up. There was NO ORDER. Perhaps you should have to get another name.
Some people just are not functional in a position of service, and should not be taking care of customer's.
AND... I LOVE CHIPOTLE!!!

Came in and at the time I was the only customer st the time. A male worker treated me as if he was irritated at working as server. He kept talking over me when I was trying to tell him what I wanted in my bowl. He then rolled his eyes as if he was irritated. Not understanding what was wrong, I refused the bowl and purchased only chips. I made sure to let him know why I refused the bowl that was tossed down the counter to the cashier. As the cashier and the other server were very polite.
Just to add, I am a black female and server was a white male. The very kind cashier and other server were Hispanic. I reported to corporate and was told they would get back to me and I never recieved an email or a phone call to this day. I never returned to that resturant again.

Went in the evening. The place was dirty and the attendant completely ignored 3 of us for a good 10mins and looked like he didn't want to work.

The worst Chipotle I've been to. I ordered online and the time they promised was not the time I received my order. They didn't include utensils which I requested in my order. Employees were not welcoming at all. And the girl who was on the online order line was pure slow!!
