I got a bowl, which I always add chips to - the chips were overcooked, unsalted & limeless (sometimes there's a hint of lime).

So although everything else was good I couldn't really eat it the way I intended.

They don’t open at the time they show and they are not even polite to tell you they are not ready they just ignore you

Terrible portions

This place is all around terrible. Every time I’ve gone, I am always greeted with bad service and even worse food product. And each time I go, I seem to go with the hope that they will do better…but they never do!

Customer service is just plain bad. The employees either roll their eyes or give you annoyed looks, like you are wrong for asking for what you did.

Food preparation is TERRIBLE. The times I’ve ordered my burrito, it has always been cold and portions served are a joke, almost like a pinch of each selection.

Serving Station Appearance: always looks messy! Meats crossing over into other containers and spillage all over their counters.

Overall, AVOID THIS PLACE and save yourself the disappointment.

So disappointed! Ordered online for togo to eat in the hotel room. When I opened my food I could see the rice was not fresh , had hard pieces of rice AND I ordered flour tortilla quesadilla I received a corn tortilla also I asked for corn salsa on the side but I received 2 tomato salsas. Guess I better check the reviews before ordering

My family is having a severe stomach upset after having a bowl meal from this place today. We used to visit before and never had a similar issue. Service was good!

used to really enjoy Chipotle and didn’t want to believe the things I’d heard about its hygiene standards. Unfortunately, after eating here once, I experienced it firsthand. It’s disappointing, and now I’m hesitant to eat at Chipotle again.

If your hungry and want a decent serving absolutely do not recommend to come to this location. I’ve been here several times and they always serve me almost no chicken. As you see here this bowl is all rice 😡👎

If you’re looking for an overpriced snack then come to this location. Not happy. Won’t be returning

Excellent Vegetarian Meal via Chipotle Delivery

We recently ordered from Chipotle Mexican Grill through Uber Eats, and the experience exceeded our expectations. We selected vegetarian options—specifically, a burrito and a bowl—and both were absolutely satisfying.

The vegetarian burrito was loaded with fresh ingredients including rice, beans, sautéed veggies, guacamole, salsa, and cheese, all wrapped perfectly in a soft tortilla. It arrived warm and intact, with no mess or sogginess. Each bite was packed with flavor, and the portion was more than sufficient for a filling meal.

The vegetarian bowl was equally enjoyable. It was well-packed with a generous mix of fresh ingredients—perfectly cooked rice, seasoned beans, crisp vegetables, and creamy guacamole. The layering was neat, and the flavors came through beautifully.

We were very pleased with both the quality and quantity of the food. Despite it being a delivery order, everything was fresh, well-prepared, and arrived on time. The packaging was secure and eco-friendly, and there was no compromise in taste or presentation.

Overall, it was a fantastic vegetarian meal, and we would gladly reorder. Chipotle continues to be a reliable choice for fresh, flavorful, and wholesome food—even when delivered.

I have had good and bad experiences at this chipotle, sometimes the portions are small, sometimes the rice was too salty. Other times they were pretty decent:)
