HOLY MOLY I ascend to the heavens with each bite - these r my absolute guilty pleasure. The cookies are huge, buttery, chewy/gooey on the inside w/ crispy edges, and melt in your mouth. You can easily store them and eat them throughout the week!!

I have seen this place pop up a lot on Too Good To Go and it sells out pretty quickly. Was excited to see one available tonight, so decided to try it out. Staff was courteous and it smelled great inside. Received an ube box that tasted like it had been warming too long. Nice that it wasn't overly sweet and they do look pretty. However, even after warming it up, it was tough and dry around the edges and the bottom like an overbaked cookie. One constructive suggestion for the owner, you might try mixing and matching at least two types of cookies to give people a better example of your products, if possible, just in case one doesn't work out like mine. I often use TGTG to try new things to see if it's worth returning to pay full price. Based upon what I received tonight, it isn't highly likely that I'll return, but was glad to see several people stepped in after I did and hopefully it worked out better for them. 🙂

These are the best cookies Ive ever had and I am someone who usually dislike cookies. I just wish they also sell 1 cookie at a time because buying a whole box is dangerous to my diet

I generally order from this place often. I usually have a great experience, however today I ordered and received extremely burnt unbeatable cookies. I ordered through door dash. I took a picture and complained, so door dash refunded my my money for this purchase. I figured they are generally good so I gave the benefit of the doubt and re-ordered again this time putting a note in the special instructions section (Please do not burn or over cook). My order arrived, and the cookies in this batch were over cooked also. At this point I was highly annoyed, so I called the store. Someone answered the phone, I explained the situation, they identified my name and the order details, and this person stated they just do what they are told. At this point I was very confused so I asked, you were told to send me burnt cookies? He said no. I further inquired, did you read my instructions asking not to over cook or burn the cookies? He stated yes we saw it. So I asked again why did you still send me burn cookies twice? He kept saying we put them on a timer and however they are when they come out, we just send them out. I will probably find another place to purchase from. At this point either the employees working here now are incompetent or the quality of the product has declined tremendously. I am very unhappy with this outcome. Each order costs $20 plus dollars. I waisted $40.00 dollars.

These cookies are HUGE (Crumbl size) and amazing— can’t go wrong with any flavor. If you don’t finish them, you can easily freeze them and they taste just as good once microwaved for 20 seconds.
The cookies here are epic. Far better than Crumbl. They are massive and baked to order. For me the gold standard is chocolate chip and they far over-deliver. The only bad part is that once we have these around our house I can’t avoid eating them.
