Cold Stone Creamery never disappoints! The store is wheelchair accessible, which makes it easy for everyone to enjoy. They had fun Halloween-themed flavors when I visited—festive and delicious. Overall, a great experience!
Very rude staff, did not bother to listen to the order. Had their AirPods on, started making the ice cream even before we could finish with our customization.
The ice cream was also not well made, it had whole frozen strawberries which was supposed be crushed and blended with the ice cream. The staff was in a hurry to get us billed (there was no one else in the queue). Overall worst experience.
Ice cream is ok, I always feel rushed even when there's no line.

Ordered cookie dough ice cream with chocolate chips and brownie bites in a chocolate covered waffle cone with sprinkles.
The brownie bites were super fudgy and the base ice cream was very creamy but the chocolate chip tasted second grade.
Can tone down the sweetness overall. 👍

Ordered 3 items via door dash and only 3 came. Called door dash and they’re headed to the store. Called cold stone and the worker who answered it claimed that they made the order and blamed door dash. Weak customer service with a rude attitude

Payed 30 bucks for 4 small ice cream. And they can't provide a proper washroom, the floor is all sticky and space is used as a storage room.

Ice cream was melted on multiple occasions when I brought it to their attention they said they were “fixing the machine” for like the 100th time, also the ice cream spoons they use to get a scoop is never properly cleaned it always had some mix of the last ice cream they served, very poor customer service and besides poor customer service it’s so expensive for a melted ice cream.
