Payed 30 bucks for 4 small ice cream. And they can't provide a proper washroom, the floor is all sticky and space is used as a storage room.

Ice cream was melted on multiple occasions when I brought it to their attention they said they were “fixing the machine” for like the 100th time, also the ice cream spoons they use to get a scoop is never properly cleaned it always had some mix of the last ice cream they served, very poor customer service and besides poor customer service it’s so expensive for a melted ice cream.

Title: Disappointing Experience at Cold Stone StoreI recently visited the Cold Stone store at Rivermark plaza and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon ordering my ice cream, I was shocked to find that it was served without being properly mixed. Not only did this affect the taste, but it also showed a lack of quality in their service.Adding to the disappointment was the demeanor of the staff. They were incredibly rude and dismissive when I brought up the issue, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.Overall, I was thoroughly dissatisfied with my visit to Cold Stone. From the poorly mixed ice cream to the disrespectful attitude of the staff, it was a regrettable experience that I do not intend to repeat. I would not recommend this particular store to anyone seeking a pleasant ice cream experience.

I recently visited Cold Stone and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The ice cream was completely melted and the toppings were stale. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly, and the overall atmosphere was chaotic and unclean. I definitely will not be returning and would advise others to steer clear as well.

Bought an ice cream cake- cheesecake called desire… nowhere tasty like it used to be. The yellow cake is not fresh and drier than the Arizona desert!! So much for advertising their moist cakes ! 36$ down the drain!!
