Copenhagen is no more, ownership changed in mid-March, per the employee who helped me last week and some printed signs and materials; and it's now Hermes Bakery, with Colombian items being introduced. I chose several items for myself and family. It was a mixed bag for freshness - hot cross buns, a pastry that's like a croissant with custard inside, and apricot thumbprint cookies were fresh and pretty tasty; but an individual slice of burnt almond cake and a scone were super dry, and the cake had hardly any almond flavor maybe because of staleness. I couldn't carry a big box, so bags were used for everything - that wouldn't have been an issue except the slice of cake was inexplicably put on top of other items and thin pastry paper wrapping wasn't enough to hold it, so it made a big mess. With the prices being charged ($30+ for the order), and the hit/miss issues, there's nothing compelling enough for me to return anytime soon; but I might if I see good reviews for new Colombian offerings.

The cream puff wasn’t worth it but the danishes were good. Great service.

This place is awesome! Coffee. Delicious Pastry, lunch and dinner menus! Food doesn't disappoints. I drive 1 hr to come here and frequent it in the weekends! Worried about posting this place as it will become very crowded!

They don’t understand Scandinavian foods or culture. The server had no idea what a Cardamom bread was. Told me they would have one the next day but gave me a walnut fruit bread the next day when I returned.

Great food (bakery and cafe), great service and location. Love this place over and above the chain store places. Really good!

What could go wrong with your son's first birthday cake?Could the bakery have forgotten your order and prepared it at the last minute, without using your custom colors? Yes, we placed the order 2 weeks in advance.Could they have misspelled your kid's name on the cake? Yes, twice.Could they have delivered the cake in a smoke-filled car? Yep, and the cake wasn't fully covered because of its size, of course.Could you have expected them to forget the cake knife? Yes, even for a $250 cake.I just don't want to be too harsh here. I am still thankful to them for delivering it on time; we had no other option.

Mediocre cake but not too sweet. Sponge Parker of the cake was not fluffy the way I am normally used to. I like my cake with a fine and airy sponge park and a light cream filling. Oddly, they didn't ask what color was wanted and choose an Irish green color for us. The filling of the cake was morning like a strawberry jam.

Says they are open until 6:30pm on their door, their sign, and on the web. I'm here at 6:20 and they are locked up and it looks like they have been for a while. Wasted trip.

My daughter bought a burnt almond cake last week for my birthday. When we took the cake out of the box it smelled like nail polish remover. The bottom of the cake was soaked in something. No one could eat a bit of it and the whole thing went into the trash.

Love this place. Hard to decide what to get. My go to's are the custard ring and almond horn. Custard ring is so popular with my coworkers. Custard is so fluffy. It doesn't taste sweet which is a positive for me.

A hidden gem of a bakery, located in an old nondescript plaza. Whenever I need a custom cake I come here. I recently requested a cake for my son's birthday. He's super into Blaze and the Monster Machines, so I showed the owner pictures of my cake inspiration and they were able to create the cake as I had imagined. My son was beyond thrilled with it. It looked so smooth and precise. The cake itself was moist and delicious. In the picture it looks like a section of the buttercream is not smooth, but that's because we had peeled off a fondant number 4. My husband mistakenly got a candle number 4 and so there were too many number 4's on the cake. Our bad...Years ago, they also made my vintage style wedding cake and decorated it beautifully with flowers. They delivered it and set it up at the venue without any issues. I've included a photo of it as well. Oh, and if you're a fan of marzipan, they make a wonderful princess cake. As for their pastries, I have not been able to try them all, but I do enjoy the cream puffs.

cute mom and pop shop, i got a small princess cake from it and some almond & chocolate croissants. the cake had a cute homemade feel to it and was nice and moist inside.the croissants were massive! 2-3 people could share them, and even though i don't like almond flavouring they were really good! very flaky and tasty.

Dry cake! I placed a special order, assuming I'd have a moist delicious cake. Instead I had a dry disappointment! Not worth $35.00.
