Really nice bakery with a lot of tasty stuff. I'll need to come back to try more!As others mentioned, expect a line to get in. It moves fast enough (maybe 10 minutes), but it feels like it's a bit inefficient. My only real complaint is that they could probably get everyone through faster. That said, if you come earlier (like before 8am, or maybe during work hours) I suspect it'll be pretty quiet vs 9:30 on a Saturday! The nice thing about that volume of people is they keep baking, so the stuff you get is really fresh and not running out. They obviously have a lot of viennoiseries, but they've got some other beads and tarts and cakes as well. We ended up dining in (took a bit of time to find a table, and for stuff to come out of the kitchen) getting the French toast and the chicken and croffles. The croffles were 10/10 and the French toast was maybe 9/10. Ordered coffee too, which was "fine", but not the same caliber as the baked goods. We also got a bunch of baked stuff to take home, (kouign amann, croissants, chestnut apple pastry) which was also all excellent. Prices are on the high end, but the quality shows, so it's not outrageous.Anyway, definitely will be coming back here in the future!

The pepper sausage danish and french toast croissant are my favorites. The croissants they make here are perfectly buttery and crispy. This shop definitely have some issues with efficiency in serving customers. I've also had issues with the good items being out of stock around noon so that has been disappointing. Expect to pay $6 to $10 per item (e.g., Triple Chocolate Croissant $6.5, Pepper Sausage Danish $7.5, Cube French Toast Croissant $7.95, Cube Vanilla Croissant $10).Parking: There are a lot of parking spots next to the shop but they always seem to be full.

The best French bakery in the South Bay. Their croissants are absolutely delicious. I tried the strawberry with cream croissant. I also got a loaf of French country bread and it was very yummy. The only drawback is that it gets very crowded during the weekends and it’s hard to find parking.

An absolute waste of money. I was thoroughly disappointed with their service—which has a bad reputation—and their croissants when they first opened last year. I decided to give them another chance today, hoping they'd improved. Unfortunately, I was let down again. It's clear they don't understand what croissants and other pastries are supposed to be. Croissants should be crispy and golden brown on the outside, with soft, flaky layers and a rich, buttery flavor inside. Their croissants missed the mark entirely. I also tried their pain au chocolat and salt and butter rolls, and my wife and I were left speechless from the disappointment. I think anyone who knows French or Japanese pastries would be equally upset. Someone in charge really should visit Midwife and Bakers, b.patisserie, or Ariscault Bakery to learn what good croissants are like.My Sunday morning was ruined, and I regret not just buying the cheap Costco croissants instead.

As a present to my wife I arranged for her to have a tea party for two. They were busy, so we had to book two months out.Let's start with the good - the food was amazing. Top nitch, awesome. That's it. Everything else was lacking. The two of them were seated at one end of a long table, meaning throughout tea people were sitting down or standing up next to them. The voice was LOUD. Impossible to try to have a conversation while you were eating. They may have had a better time with takeout where they could have found someplace to chat. They got there at the time of their reservation, and there was a lot of confusion with the staff over exactly why they were there. And what they needed to do with the huge line. They did all get it figured out, but set the event off wrong. We may come back at another time for some takeout, but the tea party isn't worth it. They had high expectations and were super let down.

A popular croissant shop, but the soft bread actually tastes better. The coffee is average, the seats are a bit crowded, and it's noisy.Afternoon tea is available for reservation. The male server is very patient in explaining, nice !

This place is great! It's expensive, as their pastries are all Artisan (4-8$ per pastry), but the quality is extremely good. If you have no qualms about the price, go here. The vibe of the area is also nice. It has a good contrast between clean counters for where they display the pastries, and a more rustic, comfortable area to eat and relax. They do also have a lunch menu and drinks, which I need to have a go at.

Great find! Best pastry place I’ve found in the Bay Area. The croissants remind me of my time in Paris. But all the food is really really good. My only complaint is the line and the logistics of how they move foot traffic through the restaurant could be much more efficient.
