The curry is rich and very good. The katsu meat was a bit tough and dry, mostly likely overcooked and not fatty enough

This is the best chicken karage curry that I've every had. You get a ton of food for the money. Chicken is super crispy and served over sticky rice. Curry in a separate container and some pickled veg on the side. Really balanced curry flavor (not too sweet, not too spicy). This makes for a really nice take-out dinner!

They do a blended curry so not chunks of potatoes and carrots, definitely an interesting concept. They have 4 options, no main, pork tonkatsu, chicken karrage, and beef mensho. They also offer options for toppings including cheese and eggs, which I love but no options for spice level but they do have a mango habanero sauce and a pickled onion condiment that you can add yourself. I added the mango habanero to my sauce, and while it's good on its own (could be spicier), I don't think it blended well with the curry.

Service was good, came by to fill up water several times and they were up front about a 15% charge for service before we ordered so appreciated the up frontness and wish that all restaurants did this so we could make the choice before we ordered.

We came here since HiroNori was too packed and were pleasantly surprised. The tonkatsu curry was quite delicious (I added a side of corn and egg). I'm not sure about other reviewer's experience, but the curry had a slight level of spice and the pork was cooked just right.

I was excited to see a new curry place open up. Unfortunately, it was average at best, in my opinion.

To start, the choice of rice was good. They use short-grain Japanese rice, which allows the curry to coat each grain evenly.

Unfortunately, the pork katsu was overcooked even by looking at it as the color was more brown than yellow. The meat was dry as well. On the other hand, the curry seemed undercooked as it had a gritty roux consistency.

Lastly, for $19 and a 15% mandatory service fee, I would expect the cost to at least be justified by the quality, but unfortunately, I did not get that.

Staff were good, karage was decent, tonkatsu was overcooked, curry was way too sweet.
