Cyber Racoon Pc Cafe

When we arrived, there was no open or closed sign, so we weren’t sure if the place was even open. We walked in and asked the man sitting inside, who turned out to be the manager. He replied, “Well, the door’s open, huh,” and then started complaining about his workers not showing up.

We chose the $5-per-hour option, and he said, “You know time flies by,” which pushed us to choose the 3-hour option instead. While creating new accounts for me and my partner, he asked for our names and phone numbers. After I gave my name, he said, “You’re not the only (name) in the world,” and kept prying for my last name.

Because of his rude comments and the terrible service, we decided to walk out and leave.

Great gaming cafe

I had a birthday party of about 18 here and it went great! The staff was so helpful and welcoming! The vibes inside were great. The staff helped set up super smash on the big tv and everyone had fun playing together. The variety of games available (maplestory, overwatch, league, etc) kept everyone engaged the 3hrs we were there. Thanks again to the staff for the support!

Best place to have fun

I was visiting the Bay Area and I accidentally left my expensive ring at this store. I didn’t realize I forgot it until I was about to board my plane and then I called the store and they forwarded me to an employee named Reza who had it. I got his contact and he told me he would ship it out to me and that it was in safe hands. I continued to reach out and he ended up ghosting me and is in possession of my ring. I contacted the store multiples times after Reza going no contact and they wouldn’t pick up.

Update: The Owner, Mason, so kindly reached out to me and shipped out my ring for me Overnight!! Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Oh my good ! These cyber cafe is amazing ! We always come with friends and play any game we’d like to play , so fun , and stuff is the best never seen this kind stuff before , i suggest this cafe , come have fun !

This is the best gaming place in whole Bay area so far. The pricing is really fair for these pc specs which are very strong(I play Cs2 and it’s flying). Moreover the staff is always nice, a lot of people here from many countries what makes this place welcoming. I do recommend it for everyone if you want to chill and play. Love it! 5 stars!!!

Asked the guy working at the desk if they had Valorant. He said “this is a place where people come to game”. It smells awful (like weed and sweat) and it looked like drinks were served in red solo cup.
Do not go if you are a girl, the cashier will mansplain to you and it is a man cave in there.

Was in town for 2 weeks and the brothers who run this place welcomed me with open arms. Computers are top-notch, atmosphere is chill. A lot of Valorant, LoL, and CS players at any given time. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Awful. Came in for a first time and the guy at the front desk kept telling me I already had an account and went on a rant about how I was making life difficult for him. I never made an account and tried to buy three hours. He only gave me one hour which cut off while I was playing a game. Never come here again.
